@Shinzu92 He Respawns but not instanly after his death. if you go back to the scene you will see Yellow Police Tape and you can actually rip right through the police tape and access the store but its useless due to the fact that there are no wepons inside. after like 5 minutes the Guy is back to sell

You always get tons of money from the Gun Store. I usually just kill the guy and take the money and deck it out with the cops until they give up XD

The quickest wai is to push im in the corner behind this table, mit him 1 or 2 times unless you can use the "finish him-move". Takes half the time you had, you are right in the position to grab the cash and and get out.
