Wow you guys are really good!! I watched all of your videos and it's amazing! I just made it onto my high school team and we are not this good. well dont bend your knees and make sure you land in a > positionbut more up like v!!!!! besides i am only 11 but still a really good cheerleader go to FF bills 2009 in the smallest one!!! :)

@socutegirl629 yes im a cheerleader...all you need to do is just keep your knees locked! and stay stiff!!!!and when you cradle just keep your legs straight and bend your body into their arms!! hope this helps!

2006 was still by far the best ever!!! I loved that one!!! but this one was awesome too! I swear those motions are always so tight and on point I try and find someone not doing it right but its seriously impossible!! Another awesome routine!!
