mind if i ask what the second song is?

  • fuck that shit... why arnt you air'in that bitch out?!?!

  • nice drivin!!

  • is this right out of the box or does it have aftermarket stuff?

  • were u buys ur at???

  • 5 stars me bollix!

  • hello dose the kit come with everything you need

  • would the axial dingo body fit my axial ax10?

  • Blue is better !!

  • rilly nice video , nice body shell paint job

  • what wheels did u use there? normall start kit?

  • stock ax10 wheels

  • what is that blue thing at 2:14

  • thats the battery maybe its 2/3a cells maybe theyre sub/c i cant tell but thems are batteries

  • @smmatison If im correct its a little axle mounted battery!

  • which motor esc and radio are you using? please reply...thanks! (nice truck by the way...)

  • I guess i just dont se the fasination in this type of RC driving... but what ever floats your boat.

  • DUDE! omfg i didnt know there wre suc things as crawlers, i spent 100$ on a shit rc monster truck and just last week spent 600 on a gas powered rc car but DAMN these things are way cooler! =[

How much did you pay for this? and is there cheaper or more expensive ones?

  • u get theme for 217 $

  • where did you buy yours? did you buy the entire start up kit?

  • @Lukeschedel hahaha oh yea there are you want some examples of good ones, axial wraith, madtorc, and the best one Axial XR10 4WD Competition Rock Crawler Kit this goes in competitions its so good

  • @Lukeschedel the Axial XR10 4WD Competition Rock Crawler Kit is $220 on tower hobbies.com + $9.99 shipping

  • so you can gear it down, and get softer tires, etc?

  • Absolutely.

  • i was wondering do u have 2 change it 2 a 74:1 or can u switch between a 23:1 i think it is and the 74:1

  • @BenderCustoms do these things ever get boring i dont have anyone to compete with and do they sell oher bodies for these

  • So is the scorpion the recommended "out of the box" rock crawler?

  • Definitely. It's pretty capable out of the box, and has endless potential for modifications.

  • you are really good man, but what turns motor do you've got?

  • We were running a 55t motor.

  • nice simple yet effective nice vid too

  • what is the first song

  • Sounds almost like White Stripes, but I'm not sure.

  • I Fought Piranhas-The White Stripes

  • Holy Sheeet @ 4m 10secs

Is that a high speed high/tourque digital servo?? I'm an Rc drifter, looking at rock crawling for something different to do when i'm not drifting.

  • It is a high torque servo, high speed isn't really needed with crawlers.

  • does it hace front lockers

  • On the same batteries it will LONG out last your stampede. I get a little over an hour on my 6 Cell 3300 mah sub-c battery. I also use a radioshck 9.6v aa cell 1600mah battery that gives me about 30 mins. but it does not have as much torque as with the sub-c cells.

  • What's the battery life on those things? i'm thinking of getting one, i'm pretty new to RCing ... i have a Traxxas Stampede but its no good for Crawling..

  • It depends on your motor set-up and what battery you run. But, you can get anywhere from 1/2 hour run time to well over an hour.

  • i like it, music and vid very nice

  • great job!

  • i have a novak 55t but im still runing to fast.. are you useing the stock spur gear?

  • is it stock.

  • Yes.

  • thx

  • what color is that green?

  • Key Lime Green

  • these kits are fun to put to gether

  • Thats a cool video,cant wait to get one of those...is that whitestripes playing?(if so-what label?)Chuck

  • sorry for the double comment oops :)

  • not my favorite body..is that the one that comes with the kit?

  • yes, but unpainted and uncut

  • im guessing you have one... was it a hard build?

  • It went together prretty easily in spite of the few minor defect pieces (just my luck).

Every one elses that i know went together perfectly.

With a few minor upgrades it can climb almost anything

  • it went together pretty easily despite a few defect pieces (just my luck).

But every one else's that i know went together perfectly.

with a few minor upgrades it can climb almost anything.

    happy crawling! :)

  • cool thanks

i have been looking at it for a while

  • i finally got one, mine flips over to easy, itll need lowering,

  • i had to do that to mine too.

move the body posts up where the shocks attach, slam the body, and get extended links.

  • it doesnt need lowering u just need toget tougher shocks

  • How long did it take u to build it because i just bought one and i wanna get it built but i wanna know how long it takes

  • it took me like 5 hours but i was tired and kept falling asleep

  • I know there is a kit but I have a question. How much does it cost for the parts they don't supply.

  • i love the song ,is goes with the crawl ,love the truck too. hope you post more.

  • its undoubtable that its a brilliant off roader, but what's its pace like? how fast would you guess it could go in mph?

  • It's not very fast. Top speed is probably walking pace, depending on how you gear it.

  • ok. thanks.

  • is it hard to build?

  • great video. amazing to see what this truck is capable of.

    very impressive.

  • nice truck &paint scheme, im impressed i think i want one,

  • Looks great! That back bumper could use a slight trim on the corners though! :)

  • Yeah I'm impressed!

  • wow nice vid.

I think ths car can go evrywhere

  • whats the name of the first song?

  • The first song is "I Fought Piranhas" the 2nd song is "Stop Breaking Down" by the White Stripes. I was wrong when I said the first song was St. James Infirmary Blues earlier.

  • where did you get the battery packs from and how did you mount them as there is fuck all room because of the suspension

  • We made the 6 cell 2/3A pack, and bought the lipo. They are both held in place with zipties.

  • how long is the axle

  • I'm not sure, it's not my rig.

  • Go to the Axial Web site, thats the maker

  • on your profile you said you downhill, what kind of bike do you have?

  • Nothing special just a Jamis Eureka, a semi burly, cheap hardtail.

  • i have ax10 scorpion what have you put on your front servo to stop it from flipping over.

  • The only weight added to the front was the 6 cell 2/3A pack, 3 cells on each side of the servo. We also used a lipo battery, for part of the test session, on the top of the front links.

  • i'm looking to buy one of this bad boys. What kind of reciver do have for it?

  • We're running a Spektrum DX3 radio and reciever.

  • I just bought one of these and got done with it a few hours ago. My only problem now is what type of ESC(electric speed control),motor to use?

  • have u driven the hustler rock crawler? if so wich one do u like the best?

  • I haven't driven a Hustler. Both will make a good base for a crawler build though.

  • Nice video.... where in Colorado is this filmed? I live south of Denver and am starting to get into rc rock crawling. I need some local places to compete, please help. I have your SW3 chassis and a couple home made ones, and love them. Keep up the nice work.

  • Thanks for the compliments on the video and the SW3 chassis. The video was filmed at a park in Thorton, not sure of the name. Check out RCCrawler for the Colorado comps/get togethers. There's a bunch of us here that compete.

  • I purchased my Scorpion today, which Motor/ESC you have built in your AX-10?

  • The motor is just an Integy 55t lathe motor. The ESC is a Mamba Max.

  • are you running the stock spur gear? i have a novak 55t in mine..

  • cool thanks, i was lookin at a txt-1 but then u gotta do a lot to it to make it truly good

  • i was looking for a rock crawler to try, but is this one good for a rookie???

  • That's what this truck was created for, to bring new people into R/C crawling. You have to build it yourself, but it is very easy to do.

  • k thanks alot.looking forward to seeing more of your vids.

  • wow! what a stock crawler.prolly the first time anyone can say that.great job to jason on the build thread on rccrawler , awsome job on the vid bender and whats the name of the first song if you dont mind me asking?

  • The first song is "St. James Infirmary Blues" by White Strips.

  • i love it luckly i work in a rc hobby shop and we can get these mine will be getting ordered in 2 weeks :-) nice truck lovin it !!!!

  • How do you think the betty would do as a comp body? Seems pretty narrow but I have never had a bug body. The bed may need to be narrowed though.

  • The stock body will work fine for comps, just keep it low and cut to the 70% body rule.

  • nice!... bender you are the men driving!

  • BADASS! I LOVE IT

  • The motor is electric.

  • how the hwll is it powerd>????????????

  • I have to get one!!!

  • Great video!!
