You must've hacked your game because the guy in the cage is one of the skeleton guys you fight in the boat at the very beginning, you can tell by the skin. Plus, the guy screams "HEEEEEELP"!, "KEEP ME OUT OF THERE!", "NOOOOO!", "I'm begging you on your HUMANITY, DON"T DO THIS!", and "NOT THAT ROOM!"

Its just that the american version is the only one with a human. the other versions around the world use a monster that used to be human.

also, on the european and american version they show two topless women, and in the japanese version they wear lacy tops. the oracle doesnt use a kind of transparent veil in the japanese version too.
