@fawahbawah I noticed that my skin had gotten very dry in certain places over the summer, even though I slather on lotion all the time. I started skin brushing again and in these dry places, my skin showed noticeable improvements immediately. Its amazing how getting rid of the dead skin cell build up, can renew and invigorate your skin. The bonus of course is that you're improving lymphatic flow. Hope it works well for you too! XO Carolyn

This is a great video and informative. I learned some new things. The raw food lifestyle usually recommends skin brushing as part of self-care. I started skin brushing, but didn't understand the benefits of it at the beginning.
@WellnessDetective Thanks so much for letting me know it helped you understand the benefits. They are many! I've just started skin brushing again after being a slacker for a while. It really helps my skin look better and makes me feel good about getting rid of toxins in my body. XO Carolyn
@notaditdot nice comment, it is clear to me why women live longer because they generally appreciate each other and freely share information and help to live more healthy lives...you just don't see many guys doing that! :)
It doesn't make sense to do brush strokes from the intestinal area to the groin because the lymph nodes that drain the abdominal area are the mesenteric lymph nodes and not the inguinal lymph nodes. Also, the thorax is drained by lymph nodes other than axillary ones - they are drained by hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes.
@piefrance It might not make sense to you, but according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the way its supposed to be done. The reason this works is because in skin brushing, you're shooting for the larger nodes. The inguinal lymph nodes take drainage from the buttocks and the lower part of the anterior abdominal wall. The same logic pertains to the axillary nodes. They are simply larger nodes which can handle more drainage.
@notaditdot it doesn't make sense because there's no physical way those lymph nodes could drain those areas. Also, the lymph nodes that I mentioned in the thoracic area are closer to the thoracic duct than the axillary LN's, so even if those nodes could drain that area, it wouldn't make any sense to do so b/c it would be draining "out of its way" further back in the system - not very efficient. I'm not knocking the practice, but the explanation doesn't make anatomical & physiological sense
@piefrance I just know what I read. Google the inguinal nodes. Read about TCM. Your answers are there. I am not going to go back an forth on this. Its the way I was taught to do it and its worked for the Chinese for thousands of years. Who am I to argue with them? Have a great day!
@notaditdot OK, we'll just agree to disagree - maybe I'm missing something though. Are there different ways to do the brushing for lymphatic drainage? I do dry brushing, but mainly for the effects on the skin.
@piefrance Agreed! Its OK to question things. In fact, I encourage it. Of course there are different techniques for dry brushing, although this is the only one I know. It keeps it simple and it works like a charm for me. I would suggest doing a google search and seeing what else is out there. For example, I was taught to massage towards the heart always, but some people teach massaging away from the heart. (Indian cultures I believe) Literally, its different strokes for different folks! XO
@Vampres90 Yes, it really does! It improves lymphatic flow, removes dead skin cell build up, improves blood circulation, and helps tone muscles. (minimally) It makes your skin so much softer and revitalizes it:o) XO Carolyn

@buster999121 Keeping the lymph flowing might help a bit... (what skin brushing does) but you'll also need some targeted exercises for those areas of your body. I have some loose skin too and you are right. It is bothersome! XO Carolyn
Hi I just bought a skin brush from walmart and im wondering if its natural? it says it on the label but they arent the softest and leave little scratch marks on my skin is it ok to use? the bristles r yellow, but there are about 5 or 10 black ones....,
@blondemestiza No way! That's not good! No, the bristles should not leave any marks on your skin. The brush should bend a LOT when it goes across your skin and not leave marks. I bought my brush from WM years ago and its all natural boars hair. They should be brown/tan in color. Sorry that happened sweetie. XO Carolyn
@judyshin1220 You will notice a big difference in the way your skin looks and feels. Moving lymph doesn't have any real noticeable 'feelings' but its very good for your body as it helps to clean out the toxins. XO Carolyn

@shanohu I got this technique straight out of my Traditional Chinese Medicine book. Your lymph doesn't flow in circles. Yes, it does make a difference to your lymph flow. Either way will exfoliate your skin but keeping the lymph flowing in the right direction is vitally important to your health. Hope this helps! XO Carolyn

@mangopancake88 Just look for natural skin brushes or body brushes. These are typically made of boars hair, and are soft, yet somewhat firm, on your skin. I got my brush at WM years ago and it only cost me a couple of bucks. You've just gotta look for natural skin brushes. XO Carolyn
Thanks for your wonderful helpful videos! You are very inspirational! /i was wondering, is skin brushing ok for dry skin? Or will it sag dry skin? I have dry skin and am afraid to try something that;s not "wet" (LOL), and without moisturizers? Any idea if this will still be good for dry skin? i'd love to try it, but am a little afraid:)
@romanticqueen I tried to send you a message but your channel was not available? I answered your antioxidant question on my profile page instead. K? Skin brushing is great for dry skin, as long as its not excessively dry. It helps it a lot. You need to be sure however, to use a boars hair brush (soft) and on dry skin, you'd be gentler and not as aggressive. It will actually improve dry skin! XO Carolyn
I saw another video that said you should brush around your breasts in an upside down J. Start by your ribcage and go up towards your arm pit, then around your breast to the center of your chest. This is to ensure that you are brushing towards your heart.
@JewelEGirl I got my instructions out of my Traditional Chines Medicine book. (I call it my TCM bible...) According to TCM, skin brushing is meant to stimulate lymph flow. The lymph nodes nearest your heart/breast, are under your arm pits. I don't think I'd want to push lymph towards my heart. Make sense? XO Carolyn
@JewelEGirl Well, thats just scary to me. I would never do this but to each his/her own. I think there are better ways to get rid of cellulite, or if I had it, I think I'd just live with it. lol
it's just a matter of time unless you want to prevent instead of treat when you realize that you are human and you can't fight the inevitable... age, gravity, the food and crap you put in your body DOES have an effect on it... you'll see... like we all did.
@jenlazee Huh? I do realize everything you said... I have studied Microphysiology and anatomy extensively... Not sure why you think that I don't know about it. At my age, you can't help but learn!

I have my Tampico brush today and I used your video to get pointers. I am hoping to scrub away some sludge and cellulite and we'll see what else happens. They charge $40-$60 for this service at the spa - so for $19 I can do it myself. Thanks so much!
I had no clue they offered this service in spa's? I never get to go to spas, so I'm not surprised I didn't know. lol That's highway robbery in my book! You're right! Its so easy to do for yourself. I wouldn't want anyone else brushing the dead skin cells off my body anyway, would you? Seems a bit weird to think about really. Stay sweet! XO Carolyn
Great tips MikeCK! You are so very right about everything you said! I am 'almost' a vegetarian now and hardly ever eat red meat anymore. Women however, do need red meat, especially during their periods. The key is not to overcook it. Overcooked red meat can sit in the intestines for years! Best wishes, Carolyn
will this irritate my skin? i have some what sensitive skin and i dont wont to turn my skin all red if a have to go someplace after wards haha. im just not sure how soft the brush is i guess
they say in some websites after you dry brush to turn your shower water on really cold for a few seconds then as hot as you can tolerate for a few seconds and then back to really cold again before you get out of the shower and it really invigorates you and leaves you feeling really tingly after the dry brushing, i always moisturize after also! i'm only 20 but hopefully this will pay off when i'm older... =]
I would think that it would be if done over time. ! Skin brushing helps supply more oxygen to your skin and underlying tissues which helps plump up the skin. Its not a quick fix but it certainly can help some.
Everybody said just about anywhere - Walmart, health food stores, drug stores - all different price ranges - as long as it's boar bristle and soft I guess it's OK.
Carolyn - is there only one type of dry brush - my body skin is about as delicate as my facial skin - was wondering if these brushes are scratchy - don't think I could handle stiff bristles on the breast area - pretty sensitive . Also, for the breast area - does it matter which way you go - - top to bottom or bottom to top? I think with lymphatic drainage it's usually bottom to top - not sure. Advise please. Thanks - sorry if that's a stupid question, but I want to know.
Not at all. Boars bristle brushes are very gentle on your skin. You never want to scrub your skin hard anyway. (My brush is very gentle.) There are several different recommendations for around the breasts. I always start at the inside and sweep out towards the lymph glands under my arms. Directionality doesn't make that much of a difference if you always end near the lymph gland. There are never any stupid questions sweetheart. Each and every question has relevance. Have a great day! Carolyn
Thanks for responding Carolyn - you're very sweet. Your body looks healthy so it must be working for you. Going to give this a try tomorrow and try to stick to it. Will let you know how it goes !!
Thank you so much for this - heard about this a long time ago - how good it's supposed to be - but wasn't sure how to do it - now I am !! Anything that gets rid of toxins is good in my book !!! Thanks again !!
Your welcome! I've been doing this on and off for years and love it. I just started doing skin brushing again recently and missed it! It really improves your skin and your health! Have a great day! Carolyn
your video is one that i watched before deciding to begin this pravtice. i've been skin brushing for several months now and it's no chore at all. it feels great and it's helped a lot during a very difficult and lengthy detoxification.
Thanks lady! I am so sorry you've been having a bad time of it but am so glad that my video was a help to you! I need to get back to doing this regularly too! Hope you feel better very soon! XO Carolyn
I have heard of this before and been wanting to try it. Found your video looking for natural skin care and it reminded me that I should and will start this up. Thanks for the informative demo and letting me know that these brushes can be found at most department stores.
Yes, they have the brushes at WM or any drug store I'm sure. I have slacked off from doing it too, but with the change in seasons, it'd be a great time to get the lymph going and get rid of the dead skin cells. I'm sure a tan will look much better on buff skin! Let me know how it works for you! Have a great day! Carolyn

Hi, Carolyn - thanks for this video --- I visited a naturopath last week and one of the things she suggested was "skin brushing". I had never heard of it - your video is just what I needed to figure it out - thanks!
VV Some people use youtube to watch videos not create them.. and i dont really see how brushinng yer body will help yerr skin, stick with the face masks
Thats totally understandable. I don't have a problem with people only watching vids, but I do have a problem with comments that are unnecessary or uncalled for. If you don't understand the benefits of brushing the lymph and getting rid of dead skin cells on your skin, I would suggest you research 'skin exfoliation'. Removing dead skin cells helps your skin renew itself. (cell turnover) It is necessary to keep your skin soft, youthful, and supple. Face masks are great too though! Carolyn
You're welcome! The thing about Youtube, is that the negative comments *always* come from people who don't really contribute videos themselves and also have no life, and are just hateful people.. It's too bad, but well, guess that's the negative side of the internet. Thanks for the tip on skin brushing and I will enjoy your other videos I'm sure :) Peace
You are now my new hero! That is so true.. (what you said about the youtubers who leave the mean comments.) They rarely have vids of their own! I really try to overlook them! Negativity really shuts me down and I hate dealing with it. I have no problem with constructive criticism, but there is nothing constructive in making negative comments that have no back bone. Take care and thanks again! Peace and blessings. Carolyn
But back to the whole "going in the direction of the heart" issue.. People who aren't trained in massage, don't realise that this really only applies to Swedish massage, for the purpose of bringing blood back to the heart and out of the extremities to keep it from stagnating.. But techniques like Skin Brushing and Energy work like Accupressure, are not working the same as when you massage the muscles. You are in amazing shape!!! I'll check the rest of your self care vids :) Thanks!
All I can say is Thank you! Thank God someone else who is trained in massage recognizes this. The only time you don't go towards your heart is when you are brushing towards your ileocecal valve and your inguinal lymph node. I gave up on idiots. I kinda feel sorry for them too. I guess their mums didn't teach them any manners. My philosophy goes back to Bambi that I learned at an early age. If you aint got nothing nice to say, don't say nothing at all. Amen, praise God, and God bless you!
I enjoyed this and tried it today with a dry loofa sponge before I showered.. I will get a plain soft bristle brush and do it often, because it's a great way to stimulate the skin and immune system! BTW, I too am a massage therapist. The thing thats so great about superficial stimulation like this, is that even tho it's not "deep" work, it can be so helpful as the skin has so many nerves and we can stimulate the immune and lymph system like this..
I see you have removed that idiot's comment before who gave you a hard time.. or maybe they removed it themselves?? They were chewing you out for not going in the direction of the heart, but they must just have been stupid themselves, because since you are going from the end of the toes and also from the end of the arms *towards* the lymph nodes, you *ARE* going in the direction of the heart!!! I was really shocked how some people are so critical and they act like they know stuff!! hahah..
I removed them sweety and then blocked them. I have no time for mean girls who have nothing better to do with their time, than harrass me. You wouldn't believe some of the traumatic remarks I've had to deal with. And all because I am trying to help others. It makes no sense, but is a sign of the world we live in. I figure, I gotta take the good with the bad... sadly. Thank you so much for telling it like it is! XO Carolyn
I got this method right out of Traditional Chinese Medicine, so maybe TCM has been doing it wrong for thousands of years. Each one of the strokes should land where you have large lymph glands, which helps remove toxins from your body. I was a massage therapist for many years and know more than you think I do! In skin brushing, you brush towards your lymph nodes. Some Indian tribes massage away from the heart which increases capillary flow. It all depends on what you're trying to do! Get a life!
Yes, always shower after brushing. It helps remove the rest of the dead skin cells. Soap is up to you. I always use transparent bar soap in the shower, that has vitamins and minerals. Its by Dial and it works (and smells) great!
Thanks for the kudos lady! I really like how this makes my skin feel soft and smooth, plus is clears out the meridians and lymphatic system. You get a lot of bang for your brushing! lol Have a great day! XO Carolyn
I've heard that you can also brush in little circles (following the same pattern you are). I've been doing this for a couple days before I shower. It's a great wakeup to get that blood flowing and even better when followed by a shower. I've also followed your directions for the firming massage for after my shower. I just have to say it's great and thank you for sharing this with us!
You can get tampico skin brush, made by Yerba Primo on Amazon or on Ebay. Tampico brush is quite rough, it's realy more like a scratching than a brushing. Tampico brushes are used to brush horses, so you get the idea. I like it though.
I would not suggest using a 'rough' brush on your skin. I suggest soft bristled brushes made out of natural boars hair. Just feel the brushes at WM and buy the soft one. You don't want to tear up your skin! fyi - You should also only use soft bristled tooth brushes too!
I'm not sure about your brush. Are the bristles soft? As long as the bristles are soft and it doesn't hurt your skin to use it, your brush should be fine. If not, you can pick up a natural bristle brush at WM or other superstores for around $5.
Thanks for the helpful video and the clear demonstration!
i've heard that a brush with natural bristles should be used. i've got a long-handled cactus-bristled brush from Body shop. Is that too harsh for my skin?
You're welcome! I've never heard that but it wouldn't surprise me. Its worth a shot right? It unclogs lymph and improves overall circulation so it might!
I've had great results over the years. It really helps renew and replenish the skin by sloughing off the old. (flakes) For best results, always moisturize your skin after you've rinsed off in the shower. Also when you improve lymph flow, your skin looks better naturally anyway.
Thanks for taking the time to produce this video and all your others. Also check out "oil pulling!" It could replace drinking so much water each day! I know I could never reach the 8-glass minimum!!!
You are so very welcome! I've got a page about oil pulling on my site. I did it for about 10 weeks. It really brightened and whitened my teeth better than anything else I've tried. (although I really like B1 by GOSMILE.) The enzymes oil pulling creates in your mouth helps remove any tartar off your teeth. I love water though, and probably drink about 10 glasses a day. lol Take care sweetie!
Thank you for the positive kudos. I've been doing this off and on for years and swear it helps me exfolate my skin plus clean out toxins from my lymphatic system. Just another tidbit I picked up from Massage Therapy. XO!
Hi! You can wash the brush occasionally if you want too with some warm soapy water. Just allow it to air dry thoroughly before you use it again. Great question by the way!
This works so great for dry skin. (just don't start off brushing too hard.) Start lightly and work up to firmer brushing. You should begin to see results quickly! Of course, it also helps lymphatic flow, and this helps clean impurities out of your body. Thats a win/win proposal!
Hi Caroline, I was wondering where would I be able to find a skin brush? Ive looked online on Walmart, Walgreens and haven't been able to find one? Is it named differently? Any one that you specifically recomend?
You can find a skin brush in the WM in the body spray and body bath section. I believe thats where I bought mine. It cost around $1. It is not called a body brush though. Maybe a shower brush. You can use any brush as long as it's natural bristles and has a handle. Those are essential:o)
great video, i will start this tomorrow after i purchase the brush.. lets see if i notice any improvements :)

I saw another video that said you should brush around your breasts in an upside down J. Start by your ribcage and go up towards your arm pit, then around your breast to the center of your chest. This is to ensure that you are brushing towards your heart.
JewelEGirl 1 year ago
@JewelEGirl I got my instructions out of my Traditional Chines Medicine book. (I call it my TCM bible...) According to TCM, skin brushing is meant to stimulate lymph flow. The lymph nodes nearest your heart/breast, are under your arm pits. I don't think I'd want to push lymph towards my heart. Make sense? XO Carolyn

@notaditdot Yeah, that does sound scary but here's another lady who says to brush towards the heart:

@JewelEGirl Well, thats just scary to me. I would never do this but to each his/her own. I think there are better ways to get rid of cellulite, or if I had it, I think I'd just live with it. lol

@notaditdot get back to this when you do. ha!
it's just a matter of time unless you want to prevent instead of treat when you realize that you are human and you can't fight the inevitable... age, gravity, the food and crap you put in your body DOES have an effect on it... you'll see... like we all did.

I have my Tampico brush today and I used your video to get pointers. I am hoping to scrub away some sludge and cellulite and we'll see what else happens. They charge $40-$60 for this service at the spa - so for $19 I can do it myself. Thanks so much!
nimbette2 2 years ago

The brushes are very soft sweetheart. I would 'test' an inconspicuous part of your body first though, just to be cautious. Best of luck! Carolyn
notaditdot 2 years ago
they say in some websites after you dry brush to turn your shower water on really cold for a few seconds then as hot as you can tolerate for a few seconds and then back to really cold again before you get out of the shower and it really invigorates you and leaves you feeling really tingly after the dry brushing, i always moisturize after also! i'm only 20 but hopefully this will pay off when i'm older... =]
princessanddollbaby 2 years ago
Great advice~ I have used a daily moisturizer on my entire body since I was in my 20's. You are so very wise to do so! XO Carolyn
notaditdot 2 years ago
@princessanddollbaby You will probably find that after dry brushing, you won't need to moisturize. The exfoliation will keep it soft.

is it good for cellulite
09rosepunk 2 years ago
I would think that it would be if done over time. ! Skin brushing helps supply more oxygen to your skin and underlying tissues which helps plump up the skin. Its not a quick fix but it certainly can help some.

can you take a cold shower after this, or does temperature matter?
diornotwar123 2 years ago
Sure you can! Its important to rinse afterwards (to remove dead skin cells) but I can't imagine that temperature would make a difference:o)

where can you buy this brush at?
tonytarheel55 2 years ago
Everybody said just about anywhere - Walmart, health food stores, drug stores - all different price ranges - as long as it's boar bristle and soft I guess it's OK.
cherDJ 2 years ago
Any drug store or superstore has them. (At least thats where I got mine:o)
notaditdot 2 years ago
Carolyn - is there only one type of dry brush - my body skin is about as delicate as my facial skin - was wondering if these brushes are scratchy - don't think I could handle stiff bristles on the breast area - pretty sensitive . Also, for the breast area - does it matter which way you go - - top to bottom or bottom to top? I think with lymphatic drainage it's usually bottom to top - not sure. Advise please. Thanks - sorry if that's a stupid question, but I want to know.
cherDJ 2 years ago 2
Carolyn

VV Some people use youtube to watch videos not create them.. and i dont really see how brushinng yer body will help yerr skin, stick with the face masks
lilbrazilcutie 2 years ago
Thats totally understandable. I don't have a problem with people only watching vids, but I do have a problem with comments that are unnecessary or uncalled for. If you don't understand the benefits of brushing the lymph and getting rid of dead skin cells on your skin, I would suggest you research 'skin exfoliation'. Removing dead skin cells helps your skin renew itself. (cell turnover) It is necessary to keep your skin soft, youthful, and supple. Face masks are great too though! Carolyn
notaditdot 2 years ago
You're welcome! The thing about Youtube, is that the negative comments *always* come from people who don't really contribute videos themselves and also have no life, and are just hateful people.. It's too bad, but well, guess that's the negative side of the internet. Thanks for the tip on skin brushing and I will enjoy your other videos I'm sure :) Peace
debs4mysweetbaby 2 years ago

I'll check the rest of your self care vids :) Thanks!
debs4mysweetbaby 2 years ago
All I can say is Thank you! Thank God someone else who is trained in massage recognizes this. The only time you don't go towards your heart is when you are brushing towards your ileocecal valve and your inguinal lymph node. I gave up on idiots. I kinda feel sorry for them too. I guess their mums didn't teach them any manners. My philosophy goes back to Bambi that I learned at an early age. If you aint got nothing nice to say, don't say nothing at all. Amen, praise God, and God bless you!
notaditdot 2 years ago
I enjoyed this and tried it today with a dry loofa sponge before I showered.. I will get a plain soft bristle brush and do it often, because it's a great way to stimulate the skin and immune system! BTW, I too am a massage therapist. The thing thats so great about superficial stimulation like this, is that even tho it's not "deep" work, it can be so helpful as the skin has so many nerves and we can stimulate the immune and lymph system like this..
debs4mysweetbaby 2 years ago
I see you have removed that idiot's comment before who gave you a hard time.. or maybe they removed it themselves?? They were chewing you out for not going in the direction of the heart, but they must just have been stupid themselves, because since you are going from the end of the toes and also from the end of the arms *towards* the lymph nodes, you *ARE* going in the direction of the heart!!! I was really shocked how some people are so critical and they act like they know stuff!! hahah..
debs4mysweetbaby 2 years ago
I removed them sweety and then blocked them. I have no time for mean girls who have nothing better to do with their time, than harrass me. You wouldn't believe some of the traumatic remarks I've had to deal with. And all because I am trying to help others. It makes no sense, but is a sign of the world we live in. I figure, I gotta take the good with the bad... sadly. Thank you so much for telling it like it is! XO Carolyn
notaditdot 2 years ago
I thought you must brush in the direction of the heart always?
sarno72 2 years ago
STOP wasting my time, SB!
notaditdot 2 years ago
I got this method right out of Traditional Chinese Medicine, so maybe TCM has been doing it wrong for thousands of years. Each one of the strokes should land where you have large lymph glands, which helps remove toxins from your body. I was a massage therapist for many years and know more than you think I do! In skin brushing, you brush towards your lymph nodes. Some Indian tribes massage away from the heart which increases capillary flow. It all depends on what you're trying to do! Get a life!

Do you shower with soap after this or is using the dry brushing enough to clean yourself?
kjkilojoules 2 years ago
Yes, always shower after brushing. It helps remove the rest of the dead skin cells. Soap is up to you. I always use transparent bar soap in the shower, that has vitamins and minerals. Its by Dial and it works (and smells) great!

maybe you also can use facial steamer which can open the pore, wash your skin and supply the enough water to your skin
scarlett1207 3 years ago
I've heard that you can also brush in little circles (following the same pattern you are). I've been doing this for a couple days before I shower. It's a great wakeup to get that blood flowing and even better when followed by a shower. I've also followed your directions for the firming massage for after my shower. I just have to say it's great and thank you for sharing this with us!

RealGoldn 3 years ago
You can get tampico skin brush, made by Yerba Primo on Amazon or on Ebay. Tampico brush is quite rough, it's realy more like a scratching than a brushing. Tampico brushes are used to brush horses, so you get the idea. I like it though.
bigkolibri 3 years ago
I would not suggest using a 'rough' brush on your skin. I suggest soft bristled brushes made out of natural boars hair. Just feel the brushes at WM and buy the soft one. You don't want to tear up your skin! fyi - You should also only use soft bristled tooth brushes too!
notaditdot 3 years ago
I'm not sure about your brush. Are the bristles soft? As long as the bristles are soft and it doesn't hurt your skin to use it, your brush should be fine. If not, you can pick up a natural bristle brush at WM or other superstores for around $5.
notaditdot 3 years ago
Thanks for the helpful video and the clear demonstration!
i've heard that a brush with natural bristles should be used. i've got a long-handled cactus-bristled brush from Body shop. Is that too harsh for my skin?

i heard this tightens skin anybody have good results using skin brushing
ASHLEY4500 3 years ago
I've had great results over the years. It really helps renew and replenish the skin by sloughing off the old. (flakes) For best results, always moisturize your skin after you've rinsed off in the shower. Also when you improve lymph flow, your skin looks better naturally anyway.
notaditdot 3 years ago
Thanks for taking the time to produce this video and all your others. Also check out "oil pulling!" It could replace drinking so much water each day! I know I could never reach the 8-glass minimum!!!
Roxafella 3 years ago
You are so very welcome! I've got a page about oil pulling on my site. I did it for about 10 weeks. It really brightened and whitened my teeth better than anything else I've tried. (although I really like B1 by GOSMILE.) The enzymes oil pulling creates in your mouth helps remove any tartar off your teeth. I love water though, and probably drink about 10 glasses a day. lol Take care sweetie!

Any one that you specifically recomend?
gdslvqkrsall 4 years ago
You can find a skin brush in the WM in the body spray and body bath section. I believe thats where I bought mine. It cost around $1. It is not called a body brush though. Maybe a shower brush. You can use any brush as long as it's natural bristles and has a handle. Those are essential:o)
