My first new car was Peugeot 205 XR in Taiwan.

If I was in charge of Peugeot I would bring back the 205 but with a bit more rear space and only in 5 door form with standard aircon on all models.

Nice advert. I used to drive a Peugeot 205 Automatic when I was with a driving school. Now I drive and own a Peugeot 107 Automatic.

It was best in 5 door form;spacious for four adults and 5 at a pinch, when the facelifted mkII Peugeot 205's came out they became rather better with an easier to use more comfortable heating and ventilation system, were less noisier with a good level of soundproofing and refinement, and were generally better built. In some parts of the world they even came with full-on airconditioning which kept the cabin a fair bit cooler than the standard models why couldn't it be done here?

The 80s was one of the most interesting, exciting, best decade ever (bar on the 60s).Best music, best fashions, best cars, People today enjoy the fruits of the 80s, Rap music, Hip Hop (mostly underground then) House music which flourished into many derivatives. Drum 'n' Bass, Electro,Jungle,Dance, Garage etc all have their origins in the 80s. Stereo Tv & (almost) flat Screen TV (FSTs) were introduced and of course the best hairstyles!

no, the 106 does, ive got an xsi and it was pretty much the sucessor to the 205.

i agree, it was quite a classic. you still see loads of them on the road now, but other small cars the same way are all piled up in the breakers yard.
