I still have the NES with the original cartridge and I still play this game a lot.
For those wondering why the music is so fast, it's because it's the PAL version (I have it).

PAL version = European version. PAL is the TV colour encoding system in Europe, while the USA have the NTSC system.
The cartridge I have doesn't have Duck Hunt. I have SMB alone.
