Fastest Vael Wipe Ever

This guy was the most demoralizing boss I've ever encountered in any game. He just made you want to stop playing entirely. You spend a decent amount of time preparing for the fight, only to wipe after fighting for less than 30 seconds each time. Ugh. But I won't lie, the creators of Blackwing Lair with Vael and Razorgore did an epic job of coming up with unique and memorable encounters.

I miss the good old days where you could (and would) expect to wipe for weeks at a time on a new boss...unlike now...where you jumo into the instance and clear pretty much all of it in the first week...

That wasn't the fastest wipe ever .... When we first tried Vael the secondary tank got aggro the first second (his mistake). Vael's AoE attack killed 35/40 players instantly ...

A ways off. My guild had everyone lined up 90 degrees off of vael, off tanks included, and the tank was up front. The RP crap started, and just as it ended, one of the NEs hit shadowmeld.  It aggro'ed the ranged DPS he breathed immediately, killing 90% of the raids, and 3 shot the 2-3 people left.

They had already spoken to him when he started filming, he stands up when he starts speaking, that's why there are tanks next to him and he isn't attacking them for the first few seconds.

Vael is once of the toughest bosses in BWL, After you get him down you'll breeze threw the rest.

3 weeks ago my guild was wiping on Vael at 13%, Today we're clearing BWL in under 3 hours, and then going to AQ40 to clear to Twin emps, All in one day.
