It's just the way the ball bounces in America. The country might have ten to twenty good years left, but it is definitely going in the tank. Who owns the country? The people with money and power, of course. America has always been a plutocracy and, between religion and corruption, it will be a dark age feudal caste system before it is over. Peace. Have a good one if that's possible.
They have allegedly changed the mixtures from what it was even ten years ago more recently (the last 2-3 years); at least that's what some sources seem to support. It's the government for sure, or huge private agribusiness. They water the country they own, or some would argue stole, the same way they apply pesticides and herbicides; big quantities, big equipment. The whole freaking country is becoming toxic, especially when you look at the levels of pharma found in most metro water supplies.
They can run from anything to inordinate amount of fuel additives to outright applications; night or day matters not. I have seen the same on moonlit nights as well. When the application is heavy, central Illinois foliage becomes covered by stringy stuff. It's particularly noticeable in rural areas because of the open ground and the lack of a high canopy in grassy areas where it collects. I still have some I thought about getting analyzed just to see. I may this year if it's the same.
Nice vid. There is hardly an industrialized country in the world that doesn't spray. There is a lot of spraying recorded in China and Australia to name two of the big ones outside America. I started noticing a lot online about it in southern to southwestern US about 8-10 years ago. Reportedly that was when it started becoming more widespread/ mainstream known. You can find official sites online under water management/conservation queries, etc. There is a lot of spraying in Illinois as well.
