I think its at 10:00am. There's usually quite a crowd, you can't miss it. Go through the gates at the top of the docks entrance. You may have some competition for staying in the longest, a few fancy that record.
Yes, its every year, on Boxing Day would you believe! Most people do it to raise money for various charities by way of other sponsoring them. Some do it just for the hell of it.
