I like this version, its live so you gotta cut her some slack. I saw these guys live in SF. They're good and they get props for playing this stuff. As someone mentioned before a little too much playing for this song. Band is cool though.
I don't think it will be my favorite version of this song, it is like an elephant in a mouse-hole, there were too much extra tunes in it, a little bit strained, even if the girl's voice is not bad.
i learned most of the recorded version of this song, thinkin i was hot shit, then i hear this, i wanna punch the guy, he makes it look so easy hahaha, now if i can only figure out the lick at 2:08
i see the move to austin has really done wonders for you're style of music. but to leave san raphael for texas,,, ouch... but you did the right thing. last time you were here, i was doing a gig at 19 broadway, & missed ya,, see ya at 4th st tavern next time
Absolutely awesome! I heard about this band from Josh's guitar lesson postings. These guys (and girl) definitely kick ass! The comment about Josh channeling Jimmy Page from the early 70s is right on the money.
I am impressed...great sound...great singer...wow

Teal can sing her ass off, but the shine here is Josh
channeling Jimmy Page (circa 1971)!!! soundtech did a ballsy job! Guitar is way out front [- it should be!]
