This that some of the old rules of golf instruction need to be scrapped, because the idea was that we should all emulate a model golfer or a professional golfer- both incredible athletes or machines with ideal range of motion. I'm really focused on golf fitness myself at the moment, particularly on upper back/shoulder mobility and hip rotation.
