he's doing partial squats, she is not shoving her hips far back enough so she's tilting forward... But she's doing a way better job than him. He's not tired toward the end but only because he's doing them totally wrong
@lizzieodonnell -- actually, Tabata Protocols require max effort-- shortening the stroke length may be necessary to keep up the speed it an athlete doesn't have that requisite explosiveness out of the basement.
his tempo is far better -- if she were an advanced athlete i'd say that she was shagging it a bit
and he may have joint issues to take into consideration.
The client's squats *are* better than the coach. She just needs to keep her chest out a little more at the bottom. This can be achieved by throwing your arms out and as you reach the bottom of the squat.
