@SuperWowcrazy I'd put the price 'round 1500 Euro. It's the older model, with analogue speedometer. This bike is most likely 100% stock, as a Pug XR6 untuned, with the same engine goes 110 km/h.

This is a 49.9CC Cylinder with a 20MM Carb and a metrakit pipe.... and than your top is around the 90/100 km/h.

It doesn't tops 120-130 it tops 110 maximum.

You are able to get 110 with a good tuned 50cc and good exhaust.

The 50cc won't make 20000RPM at 110, because the gear ratio is changed.

Yes, but a tuned 50cc can also get to 110 with moderate acceleration.

(stock new model can get to 107km/h with standard exhaust with the katalysator removed.)

Well, if you know something about it , you know you can just make the gears longer, that why a 70cc goes faster, because most 50cc's don't have enough power to use the longer gears.
