This climate phenomena has been a problem since 1945, they were preaching it then and still are, now. Only we have satalites surrounding the earth with accurate data and ice core samples and weather stations checking temperature for the past 50 years showing that global warming is due to human activity and has been steadily rising for the past 150 years with drops in cooling and then warming again, but it is going up, not down.
