Holy crap went to look up what you were talking about and found out the FDA approved the sale of crystal meth. WTF. To kids at that. Why use crystal meth though? There are other drugs that have been shown to help that don't seem as harsh. I believe methylphenidate isn't so harsh. Used it myself for a while but quit because it was giving me panic attacks. That's a rare response to it though (to my understanding).

What helped me at the university was first going on a rowing machine for 15 minutes hard so I didn't have the energy to look at anything but the book, or imagine anything else that wasn't on the page. The other trick was to go to the top floor of the library building at SDSU, sit in a study caroll in the tax section. Even differential equations were more interesting than those. btw-meth is Rx as Desoxyn, amphetamine is Adderall, both help

@azrienoch i have the same issue you do, and i found the same solution you did...but i didn't use the influence of any classified drug to help. instead, i sat in my studio, and i listened to music, and looked at art. when what seemed like months went by, inspiration hit me, and since then, i have met a girl that i now love. i like to think that she helped too. now my issue is focusing on 1 idea, and seeing that one through.
People prefer to live in a lie then to live and to be told the truth, tis just how the world is "ignorant children" we are, well at least most of us are, for we find the truth offensive and disguise that which is truth with a lie.

@dookiecheez ADD/ADHD is thought to be from lack of dopamine. the daydreaming or hyperactiveness stimulates dopamine. so your brain "feels" normal. Concerta and Apmetamines (adderall, meth) increase dopamine production. Because your brain has it's dopamine fix, you can calm down and don't need to distract yourself from stimulation. Allowing you to focus on shit you need/want to do.
@User5127 : Well not so true about the dopamine part, otherwise everyone with Parkinson's disease would have ADHD symptoms. It may have more to do with serotonin and too much NE (which opens PFC Na-K Channels linked with PFC... less strengthened connections or more leaky... and then affects the striatum the thing that says what's important to pay attention to or not). Dopamine however is the precursor to many other neurotransmitters... so I'll stop there.
I highly recommend watching this video with closed captioning.... It's quite hilarious. Apparently Az, the CC system can't keep up with you for most of it!

I just thought it might be a solution for those that beg you to make a video when you've been gone for awhile. Anyway, I've been selling some old music equipment on Craig's list so I'm probably just a little nickle and dime crazed at the moment.
So I just took 7 of those 5 hour energy things, they don't just add up but I was able to make it from Florida to Ohio on no sleep without resting. All thanks to the Jeff Smith-Luedke Program I guess.

Honestly most ADHD meds are milder and more controlled amphetamines or analogues anyway. No weird cut to worry about and no threat of getting busted. Your call but as much as I don't trust drug companies to tell me what I should be taking, I will still choose a controlled and tested amphetamine over street ones any day. The combination of amphetamine salts in Adderall for example are much more effective at promoting focus and with less dopamine issues it's easier to control than meth.
If I remember correctly- which I probably don't, because I do drugs and have a shitty memory- Meth either works in a similar way, or has similar results as two widely known/prescribed ADHD Medications, namely Aderal (amphet salts) and Ritalin (methylphenidate.)

Self medicating, in my opinion, is the best medication. I do this myself, and it's because I can be aware of my mood and my feelings more so than other doctors can. Most of my design work is done while drinking. It's great that you had trip sitters -- the world needs more responsible drug use, b/c irresponsible drug use is what gives us users a bad reputation.

I don't know about the rest of your prescription recommendations, but I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the 5 Hour Energy drink: just one bottle (mixed with vitamin water xxx) taken at 11pm in Arizona kept me awake and alert until 8am the next morning.

I've been prescribed adderall, and tbh I don't get any euphoria like any large dose of methamphetamine, which I don't mind because for recreation, stimulants aren't my cup of tea, with the exception of cocaine. However it does help with my non-stop fascination with how slow the clock is moving.
If you really want a nice boost, go to a CVS/Riteaid/etc and buy a (brand name) Benzedrex inhaler. The only active ingredient is propylhexedrine, sure has helped me in a pinch. Bonus it's "legal".
Check out Dr. John Breeding on Youtube. He has some great ideas on ADHD. Meth is just fucked man, don't do that shit.

It may have more to do with serotonin and too much NE (which opens PFC Na-K Channels linked with PFC... less strengthened connections or more leaky... and then affects the striatum the thing that says what's important to pay attention to or not). Dopamine however is the precursor to many other neurotransmitters... so I'll stop there.

Currently on; morphine, codeine phosphate, naproxen, amitriptiline and paracetamol.

Ha, love the ADHD ad next to the vid. Yeah, I tried meth once. Was up for 2 days. Thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest. Only took the one time to show me how fucked up the drug was. But damn, did I have some really awesome (and focused) sexual interactions .... and afterwards, I cleaned my bathroom floor for around 3 hours. How is that a bad thing?! :)

So I just thought of an option where a viewer might pay you 2 dollars (or a dollar) to upload a video for them. I don't see why it couldn't go through your paypal account along with the books you sell.
I also think that after a certain time (say a week or so) it would just post to your regular account.
Obviously this is something that I've thought of for myself as well. PM me if you you think there's something viable.

Honestly most ADHD meds are milder and more controlled amphetamines or analogues anyway. No weird cut to worry about and no threat of getting busted. Your call but as much as I don't trust drug companies to tell me what I should be taking, I will still choose a controlled and tested amphetamine over street ones any day. The combination of amphetamine salts in Adderall for example are much more effective at promoting focus and with less dopamine issues it's easier to control than meth.

If I remember correctly- which I probably don't, because I do drugs and have a shitty memory- Meth either works in a similar way, or has similar results as two widely known/prescribed ADHD Medications, namely Aderal (amphet salts) and Ritalin (methylphenidate.)
There was a point to me saying that, but I don't remember what it was...

Self medicating, in my opinion, is the best medication. I do this myself, and it's because I can be aware of my mood and my feelings more so than other doctors can. Most of my design work is done while drinking. It's great that you had trip sitters -- the world needs more responsible drug use, b/c irresponsible drug use is what gives us users a bad reputation.

I actually had a friend that used meth... I use the past tense, because we are friends no longer (his choice).
I don't know about the rest of your prescription recommendations, but I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the 5 Hour Energy drink: just one bottle (mixed with vitamin water xxx) taken at 11pm in Arizona kept me awake and alert until 8am the next morning.

I've been prescribed adderall, and tbh I don't get any euphoria like any large dose of methamphetamine, which I don't mind because for recreation, stimulants aren't my cup of tea, with the exception of cocaine. However it does help with my non-stop fascination with how slow the clock is moving.
If you really want a nice boost, go to a CVS/Riteaid/etc and buy a (brand name) Benzedrex inhaler. The only active ingredient is propylhexedrine, sure has helped me in a pinch. Bonus it's "legal".
