Don't count Vevo. They rig views for their own videos and make every view from their apps and other sources count. Vevo does this simply for marketing. e.g. Justin Bieber and Disney channel. They're part of the reason of all of post 2009 YouTube's bull occurred. They were introduced and incorporated into YouTube to counter all the "illegally" posted songs, in which ALL BUT MAYBE 0.1% of those videos applied under the fair use act. Don't call BS on me this type of stuff has happened for decades.
