  • in the beginning, what was Dom Deluise laughing about?

  • @boywaimea Obviously he was thinking of something funny and got into a giggling fit. I love it when I have those. LOL.

  • @phaota brightens your day to have a good laugh

  • so sad just about all these people are dead now true talent doesnt exist like this anymore R.I.P to all who have passed away

  • @mrplatinum919 Yeah...I was going to say it if no one else had...so many great actors in one movie and now, most of them are gone. That film era has passed into history as have the actors now. Gonna miss it but it's nice to relive these laughs from time to time when everything just seemed to work together...

  • Dom Deloiuse & Sammy Davis Jr., 2 damn good side kicks. R.I.P. the both of them.

  • R.I.P. Dom, Jack Elam and Farrah.....I'm still intears from laughing after all these years :-)

  • absolute gold.. still makes me laugh.

  • @ 2:41...the reaction of the cast to the slap is priceless.

  • FUNNY GREAT MOVIE IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD LOVE TO DO A REMAKE TODAY WITH ACTORS AND SPORTS STARS OF TODAY'S ERROR

  • @skate2274 Thanks for the comment, but why are you yelling?

  • made my day!

  • I always loved Burt Reynolds' comedies...he always let the bloopers be included at the end...

  • @kb7rky Did he start it all with the bloopers? I think he did.

  • @groundpounder35 Yeah, I'm pretty sure he did. Just about every movie he's ever done has most of the bloopers added during the credits. Burt Reynolds is a very funny man.

  • I wish they would do this with every movie

  • Funniest buddy comedy ever

    XD

  • Hello, Urgo

  • half of these people are dead I wish We could bring them back. They were such good actors!

  • I wish I was their when they were filming this Movie.

  • Dose not matter how many times I see this clip still find it so funny everytime

  • Adrienne hated doing this movie, that's why you can see she doesn't really laugh in the last clip when everyone else is. Also one of the stuntwomen broke her neck whilst they were shooting... kinda puts a downer on the film :(

  • @Bella288 Well, don't think about the negatives, just the hilarious positives.

  • @Bella288 I never notices that, but you are right! She is about as much of a prude as her character was on "MAUDE!"

  • @Bella288

Yep she went full nude in Swamp thing?

  • @robertmark34 not Gary MarSHALL

  • Dom Delouise, one of the best laughs ever

  • @sirwob And Burt.

  • "Mr Martin laughed first!"

    :-)

  • Takes me back to a wonderful time.

  • @tnmusicman1 Big time man . Some of the greatest ever

  • "It's a living...."

    R.I.P. Dom, you were awesome.

  • Those were some days, boy.

  • Awesome!

  • Try watching and not laughing, great fun...........!

  • this is great

  • it looks like they had a good time making this movie

  • RIP Dom. You're the greatest.

  • Dom was straight up, just a beautiful man.

  • This never gets old, saw this as a 9 year old back then and my Cousin and I were laughing our asses off just as much.

    "I'm a Pepper he's a pepper, she's a pepper, would you like to be a pepper..........."

    "WOULD YOU GET IN HERE!!"

RIP Dom, you were a beautiful man bro.

  • It's funny & said to see many of these chracters have died. . Who is the dude that said cut at the end?

  • @captkirk9797 More than likely the director.

  • @phaota assistant director :D

  • @phaota That would be Hal Needham, the director.

  • @captkirk9797 yep that's Hal Needham.

  • @phaota

Yep Hal Needham...Director and stuntman extraordinaire....

  • @captkirk9797 Yeah, it was Hal Needham the director. He was also the one in the ambulance who was telling them how fast it goes.

  • @captkirk9797 it WAS the director, Hal Needham. My parents new him when they were younger

  • @captkirk9797 Hal Needham I would venture.

  • @captkirk9797 Hal Needham who also directed "Smokey and the Bandit."

  • Eight years later, Reynolds and Deluise (RIP) will appear in "All Dogs Go to Heaven" as Charlie and Itchy.

  • Anybody see the episode of The State where in the end credits they basically re-enacted this gag reel?

On another note, it's pretty funny that they foleyed (sp?) in the slapping sound whenever reynolds slaps DDL.

  • @helikestv Those slap sounds are not foleyed. The actor is actually hit the other person.

  • @phaota Just goes to show how much they are friends or like a tight nit family. You know they have the good life of show business which this country has enjoyed time and again.

  • Sammy Davis Jr. was on Carson the night before Thanksgiving in '80 and announced he had just finished making this movie with Burt Reynolds. All of a sudden Burt Reynolds came out from behind the curtain, and surprised everyone, even CARSON! Burt wasn't supposed to be a guest, and the show became VERY FUNNY after that! I was a senior in high school at the time and had just gotten home from my part time job and had it on.

  • I just found out I amy be related to Dom Deluise. His mother and my maternal grandmother are both from the same part of Italy, were from the same generation, and had the same maiden name. I'll be doing more research. My name is not Captain GENEOLOGY either!

  • They need to make more movies like this! These people were obviously having too much fun! The only problem is there are no more rat packers of any kind out there!

  • The first time I saw this was September of '82. My girlfriend at the time had just broken up with me. I needed a good laugh, and this was on HBO. Thank God for classics like these!

  • Don't hit me JJ. RIP Dom

  • Yeah. I miss the comedy of Dom. At least his sons are funny and great directors too. Not as hilarious as their dad though.

  • Ok, after watching this, I need to say some prayers that I don't die of laughter. Now where the hell did I leave my rosary bleeds?

  • Yeah, it's definitely a classic gag reel. Always good for some laugh no matter how many times you see it.

  • @solidsnake8282 LMAO! Thank you for that post! You made my day with that!

  • @solidsnake8282

    THESE BLEEDS?

  • You are the first poster! Congratulations. You've won another view of the video. Hahahaha. Thanks for the great comment.

  • absolutely the funniest!! ROFLand L!!!
