  • I felt embarrassed for the DI's!! I didn't hate family day...I detested it! No disrespect, but when we had 60-90 y/o vets who started telling me their "funny"war stories (that never end), I cringed -- not out of disrespect, but because I had many other things to do in a short amount of time. Besides, we can't come out of tough DI character much.

  • "I fucking hate families. Even worse, kids. I just shook your family's hand and said you did a good job because I had to...motherfuckers."

  • I SMELL PIZZA

  • That was definitely SGT Stevens as a green belt on the left. God damn.

  • say murders,i mean cheese

  • i asked for a picture with my drill sergeant and he took my camera and threw it then told me to do push ups!

  • @qbkiller77 you must be in the army because there are no "drill sergeants" in my Marine Corps

  • Marines are a lot more social than Drill Sergeants, i graduated from Ft. Benning. On Family they told us DO NOT TALK TO US, DO NOT ASK FOR PICTURES, FIND YOUR FAMILY AND GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM THE BARRACKS. After we were released the DS's went back to their offices our parents couldnt even walk on the CTA let alone go inside the barracks.

  • @kellark12 They're nice to the families as it's their job to be an example of professionalism. As soon as your family disappears you're back to piece-of-shit status.

  • was that DI Sgt. Savage on the right?

  • probably the most awkward moment for any marine

  • @ thezombiekiller you go UNQ you dont graduate

  • I never ran into my DI's I ran into my recruiter. Ain't that some shit. He was a sargent when he recruited me. I was a sargent and he was a gunnery sargent when I saw him again.

  • wheres the blue uniform?

  • @PopR1ne Not all Marines get that one issued. You literaly have to buy it with your own money.

  • @PopR1ne at PI, only the honor graduate wears the dress blue uniform

  • hahaha pizza box what a tool

  • @thezombiekiller87 better a pizza box than UNQ

  • @tazal5011 whats the diff a point

  • @tazal5011 orrha that Pizza box i obtain one to

  • PIZZZZZZZZA BOXXXXXXXXXXX

  • someones not a very good marksmen huh mista pizza box

  • who else sees the pizza box?

  • @nathanforshaw3 I was just about to comment on that

  • nice toilet bowl cover for a shooting badge.

  • My Seinor asked out my sister...wait let me rephrase that had me ask her out for him

  • @Andrewdion62 HAHAHAHAHA thats fucking hilarious

  • that was definitely his new facebook picture.

  • IS THAT SGT FITE?!!!

  • I din't know my JHat or SDI had a normal voice until then.

  • The white DI is Sgt. Butler best DI on Parris Island

  • whats the buckle on the back of the drill instructor??

  • lol pizza box

  • Wait, so they're friendly after it's over?

  • @HollywoodKendrick Depends on the DI, some do truly just plain hate you others are regular people

  • @HollywoodKendrick fuck no they have to play friendly around your family

  • SGT. wilder: dont even let me see your fucking family, im gunna fucking murder em!!(t-10) ...... SGT wilder: Mam you have yourself a fine marine here..... , waits till she leaves,...... hey pfc, go fuckyourself. (Family day) oorah

  • he was fucking scared

  • i remember seeing my drill instructor on family day infront of civilians. he shaked my hand and told me congrats.... later on the day he was calling us faggots. i <3 USMC

  • I would kill to have a picture, side by side with my drill instructors. I don't remember them being all that friendly back in the early 80's, lol!

  • PIZZA BOX!

  • @HENRY243 hahahahaha i was thinkin the same thing

  • lmao, must have been awkward

  • More than any ceremony: To be able to stand, flanked shoulder to shoulder with the instuctors. What a feeling that must be.

  • My name is tj and I've always wanted and will be a Marine!! Semper Fidelis

  • man i wannna LEAVE for bootcamp already!!

  • @xtremeburnout92 Lol ohhhh just you wait. My only advice, follow directions to the letter. You don't want to be an individual :)

  • @xtremeburnout92 Lol, I know the feeling man. Im in the DEP now, but that ship date is taking forever to get here...

  • @xtremeburnout92 me too but my mom want me to get my AA degree first

  • @bigpatt11 damn dats kinda a waste tho jus go for a semester get 15 credits and go in as a PFC if u wanna

  • @bigpatt11 No offence to your mom in any way but you should decide.

  • @bigpatt11 Well, you could just enlist and do your education while active duty. But honestly, you do need to decide for yourself. I understand she's your mother, but she won't be wearing the boots. You will. So while it's good to listen to folk and consider what they say, when it comes down to the gnitty gritty you're the one going to bootcamp and you're the one earning the title. so don't let someone else decide your life.

  • @Korban3 well my mom is pretty scared of my getting killed in marines and i told her don't worry god gots my back he won't let nothing happen to me unless he is ready to. But the reason why im doing college first so that way i can just go to officer candidate school with in another two ill have my bachelors and be a commissioned officer. higher education more opportunities

  • @bigpatt11 Yeah, that's a natural fear. But be sure to do a lot of research and discuss your plan with a recruiter. They aren't all sleazy, lieing psychos. If you go to college and are out of high school for a few years then you might get a tattoo that DQs you, or a start a family and you have to be careful of stuff like that. They aren't bad things, but they get in the way of becoming a Marine. Good luck, whatever path you take.

  • @bigpatt11 apply for OCS already for the platoon leaders class if thats what your trying to do unless you have already. that is what i am doing even through id rather be enlisted ill have a college degree in my possession when i make it. first hurdle is to be accepted first

  • A NAM time 3?!? Holy shit!

    Must be an Admin POG!

  • @Sovereign1023

    he is a Sergeant.

  • @Sovereign1023 hey i was admin,,hahahah and a good one to

  • Cool video. My nephew is currently finishing up his 3rd week on Paris Island. I can't wait to see him.

  • @boxingbc1 well that means he just got his di's about a week ago & thats when life really starts turning for him lol its going to suck but make sure when your write him giving him encourage stuff to keep him motivated its so easy to lose motivation in boot camp i know i did but it will be over before he knows it. It will feel like forever for him tell him to keep his head up and just take the ass chewing and scream aye sir and he will do fine, ass chewings dont stop once he gets off the island

  • @babdevildog10 Yea thanks for the good advice. I am a veteran (Navy) and have been telling him exactly what you said. I told him just do what he's told, take the ass chewing and keep moving forward.

  • @boxingbc1 what battalion and company is he with

  • @babdevildog10 Not sure what battalion, I know that his platoon number is 1099 and he graduates Dec 16th

  • pizza box (:

  • LOL met my DI's in a restaurant on base... one of my buds went over to talk to them... and didnt want to interrupt them...so he hung there waiting for an opportunity to speak our senior DI who was facing him... said you happen to be breathing my air ...get lost.... LOL welcome to the Marine Corps ...once a maggot always a maggot I guess.

none of this happy assed hand shakes for us.

    64 platoon 397 P.I.

  • @exterminador1904 i hope you children and your children's children Fall in the fires of gaping hell and NO FREAKING GOD DAMN RETURN YOU COMMUNISTIC PIECE OF AMPHIBIAN SH*T.

proud of your son by the way. =)

  • @philipinoidiot i dott belive in god so fuck you you philipino peace of shit

  • @exterminador1904 well i dont give a damn about you to. so that makes the both of us.

if you think commenting on this mans video about him dying. i suggest you take it else where.

marines are dying for land we live on and your saying I HOPE YOU SON DIES?. i find it pathetic that some idiot with rat dog is saying this to him.

you people out there reading this.prove to this man he needs to take it else where

  • @exterminador1904 if you are not will if stand behind them and feel free to stand infront of them

  • @exterminador1904 Don't worry, they don't give a fraction of a shit about your oxygen-wasting self and neither does anyone here, so no need to convince anyone of your apathy.

  • @lingojac ok=) i wana die

  • @exterminador1904 What an ignorant comment. One day you'll grow up and regret saying that.

  • This is bs! My DI called us all pussies when he handed us the EGA and all three kept it up even after we graduated. I got a picture with my senior only because my parents asked him and he still looked like he wanted to stab someone in the eye. I saw my bulldog in a club during my boot leave and nearly crapped my pants on the dance floor. He still didnt let me look him in the eye and I had to buy all his drinks.

  • it would be hard for me to shake anybodies hand if they screamed in my face THIRTEEN WEEKS

  • @exterminador1904

That wasn't a very nice thing to say.

  • @exterminador1904

I just shit my pants in fear.

  • @exterminador1904 shithead

  • After my grad, I dipped the fuck out.

  • @lileichmann Lol, I would do the same

  • I would of never liked to have taken a picture with my Drill instructors.

  • Yeah, my Senior called us garbage as we were walking onto the parade deck to graduate. Needless to say we didnt get any hand shakes!

  • i graduated the same day plt 3021 what plt was he

  • People like to see NCOs because they're the backbone of every branch... they're the face of the military.

  • @TheDocofPain they like them because ther grunts

    serve together die together

  • @TheDocofPain no, the officers are the face,

The enlisted are the organs lol!

  • Its a shame how many boot camp videos there are yet so little Officer Candidate School ones.Oh wow " I'm super motivated to follow my dreams RIGHT AFTER HIGH SCHOOL! Lets not go to college so when I do join the military I CAN MAKE 40,000 a year as an Officer!!!"

  • @Xemnasissuperawesome by the time you get your 4 year i'll have mine and i'll be getting paid to do it

  • @Xemnasissuperawesome It's not about money. Being an Officer is a totally different experience that I don't want.

  • @Xemnasissuperawesome easy does it man, I went to OCS but the only reason a Marine officer has a job is because of the enlisted Marines. If you talk bad about them then you have no business being an officer, because guess who you are gonna be tasked with leading. Those young guys who didn't go to college are not making 40,000 believe me and those DIs are NCOs, my favorite part of the corps. Plus just because you enlist does not mean you,re not going to college, thats a stereotype.

  • What's a shame is that you're sorry ass made it through OCS. If I were you're Sergeant Instructor I would've caught your snotty attitude and you would still be a civilian. I hope you get a damn good 1stSgt to put you in your place because after all, an Officer is only good because of his/her senior enlisted advisor. Otherwise, those young enlisted Marines will never follow you anywhere. Go figure.

  • they're first meeting didnt start with a hand shake lol!

  • @CplFilly18over how do you know his hands weren't shaking? :D

  • @CplFilly18over hahaha! sure didnt sweetie. i love seeing that, everyone should thank their DI's..Seriously
