People use the term "Islamophobia" very loosely, you could call pretty much anyone who says that "Islam is not a religion of peace" an Islamophobe. In fact, it happens all the time. If criticizing Islam in a non-biased way makes me an Islamophobe, so be it.
The key distinction here is the vital difference between criticising the Religion itself and being biased against, attacking and, let's face it, being bigoted against Muslims. 'Telling' them what they believe, accusing Muslims who contradict those assertions of ' Practicing Taqquiya' and so forth.
To be frank though, I have no idea if this applies to you or not because we haven't had enough contact to make a judgement. But either way, the distinction is still clear.

He's friends with and a supporter of both Klingschor Cembadins. Both are excellent channels by the way. What he has a problem with is bigotry, and people making ignorant, baseless and bigoted statements about Islam and Muslims.

well you don't have to imagine Christian extremists acting like Muslims, there are some predomanitly Christian nations in Africa that act almost as bad if not as bad, Ugunda and a few others, I forget what country but one of the most violent countries in the world is predomnatly Christian. I just see Islam as Christianity was a few hundred or so years ago.
