  • Resistance bands are limited with weight. You can get 300+ lbs of resistance however will not be able to for example chest press 300lbs. It would just pull you backwards.

  • Bands are beneficial however chest pressing 250lbs for example is near impossible without bracing yourself against some thing.

    But i can't think what i can mount my resistance band to.

    Maybe i could screw a couple of cupboard handles to the door frame and thread my band through.
