Diaz is incredible with his dedication to MMA. His gym is nothing all that special. There are no Thai Banana Bags, High Tech workout machines, etc... just a mat area, cage, and a ring with a basic punching bag you could buy from TitleBoxing.

Yet, he's a master on the ground and hard to finish in a stand up war or when he gets dropped on his ass.
