@nadja007 You know, its not our choice to live in towns. Apparently we are so accustomed to live in concreate jungles and stone walls that Nature becomes Alien to us. But if i could live in a wooden house on a hill overlooking a forest and not too far way, a waterfall is visible through its openings, with a climate always nice and breezy on some days sometimes really sunny out to warm the body, I think I would in so much peace. With many trees, Oxygen ftw.

Hello to all of you who commented on my video...I really appreciate the comments...the music was layerd over the natural sounds to be somewhat discordant at the beginning...actually two conflicting music pieces...and then as the meditation progresses it becomes more harmonic...just like the process we go though when we meditate...finding harmony as we progress from dicordance....to some it works, to others not so much....peace....boyd miller
