A a general rule of thumb you sir are correct. There's this great 'chinese' (americanised) place here in Seattle. I'm willing to bet it wouldn't pass the health inspector test but I'm also willing to bet he 'forgives' some transgressions when he eats the food. Also, my girlfriend is chinese, I'm very accustomed to her eating 'anything'.
Are you sure it's scallion cake? I know what scallion cake looks like and it's not typically wrapped like that. When you say scallion cake you mean 蔥油餅? That doesn't look like it at all.
his technique is very good....he knew what he was doing...The only reason mc donald is a fast food because they pre-cook the food, workers just package it together(in other words, no cooking skill is require)...
