  • Looked like he added a pancake batter and worked it in real thin like a crepe. Then his sous chef tosses in a raw egg which he works around the crepe then he folds it and addes 3 sauces then WTF was that he added? Looked like a giant piece of bacon? Anyone?

    Chicken breast with mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted almonds, provolone, feta and pesto.

    or

    Grilled chicken apple sausage with scrambled eggs, green onions provolone and salsa fresca

  • A a general rule of thumb you sir are correct. There's this great 'chinese' (americanised) place here in Seattle. I'm willing to bet it wouldn't pass the health inspector test but I'm also willing to bet he 'forgives' some transgressions when he eats the food. Also, my girlfriend is chinese, I'm very accustomed to her eating 'anything'.

  • Gloves? Most chefs don't use gloves. Go to any restaurant kitchen. You'll hardly see anyone wearing gloves.
