  • It's impossible to tell anyway, since it's been edited from multiple takes.

So, "no", the audio you are hearing in any given cut isn't necessarily live.

  • He is so sexii

  • Eliot can punch people and sing like a pro while Hardison is a hacker that can play violin like an angel.

  • @etameleniaou: No, I haven't ever played violin. But I do play trumpet. I think it would be very cool to play violin though. Do you play an instrument?

  • TTC: What’s been your biggest challenge with this role so far? Is there anything you’d like to tackle that you haven’t yet?

ALDIS HODGE / ALEC HARDISON: My biggest challenge was playing the violin. They wanted to write [that into an episode]. They didn’t tell me how difficut the piece was that I had to play. I’m still a novice with my instrument and the piece was pretty difficult. I practiced a lot. I think you might see that on our premiere night or our second episode.

  • @ady130884 I know I'm 9 months late on this, but this does not necessarily mean that the audio recorded was Aldis. I'm not saying that it's NOT Aldis, but I play the violin and can tell that Aldis is indeed still a novice. The quality of the recording is very professional, whereas Aldis' posture/technique on the violin doesn't quite match that quality. However, he still would have had to practice to make it look convincing that he is in fact playing the piece. If the audio is him, then great!

  • @1truelove91: I never thought of that. I'm was just guessing as well since I do not play a string instrument; but thanks for letting me know!

  • when i hear him play i get goose bumps! :D

  • Hey, does anybody know if the actor really played the violin in this scene? It really looks like he did.

  • @Nairarbil4 I think Aldis did play the violin. That's what I read anyway. CMIIW

  • @Nairarbil4 Aldis might have played the violin, but I doubt he played it in this episode. Although I don't play violin, it seems at times that the bow doesn't touch the strings and I'm guessing that some of the bowing is wrong, especially when he changes notes on the same string, the bow needs to change direction to give it a clear, precise change of note. There is even one part where his fingers do not move when the notes change. But if he really did play it, kudos to him.

  • @gabrielgray7 just letting u know that when the bow stays on the same string and his fingers move its called legato so maybe he was playing who knows

  • @Nairarbil4 yeah he did he really played it and he started playing as a child but got serious at 18 :D

  • tear on parker's cheek at 1:17

  • hey what song is this?

  • @MrAlwinM Um... I think it's Scheherazade? That's what's in the title of the ep.

  • @MrAlwinM It is "Sheherezade" by Rymsky-Korsakov

  • i thought it was very beautiful! :)

  • :'l

  • he actualy had to play that so he did REALLY good Way to go dude!

  • I think Hardison's cute. (Lol, I probably sound like a little girl.)

By the way, what's the title of this composition?

  • @heckyeah21 Wow, that was embarrassing. It was in the title of the episode this whole time. -__-

  • @heckyeah21 Scheherazade by Korsakove

  • YES!!! Parker definitely teared up a little.........I loved that part

  • Best scene in the show i think...beautiful! They were all frozen and amazed at the solo and parker was tearing up.

  • is parker crying?

...i really think i see a tear glimmering on her face...

  • @kokubos yea she cried in this part

  • @kokubos she wants pretzels

  • I absolutely love this scene!

  • Most awesome moment in Leverage.

  • @lightningbro you spoke to soon in season 3 ep 6 elliot sang a country song. It was pretty dam good in my opinion.

  • @FoolishInTheEnd No, I saw it, and this is still more awesome, but that does come in a close second. "My program's not adjusting!" "That's because, it doesn't need adjusting, Hardison"

  • @FoolishInTheEnd ...Even in awesomeness, Equal, but different.

  • It was a great scene, props to Aldis for this scene.

  • Thanks. It's sure pretty to listen to!
