  • nice...going to try it tmr

  • what size weights are you using?

  • It say strength trainin so fuck lookn cut

  • @hanzhapin23

Are you saying that the exercise damages the muscle or are you saying that the exercise makes the muscle look wierd?

  • I didn't think 'reverse' meant your arm is the other way round. I thought it would mean going quickly upwards and more slowly downwards (before I watch the vid). Any vids of these?

  • wat are the best ways for curling if you want to build bicep muscle and have that clean cut line? u guys kno wat im talkin bout rite?

  • The best are Barbell Curls and Standing Dumbbell Curls. Some others that are good to toss in occasionally are hammer curls, curlbar curls, and straightbar cable curls. The key is to use your natural biomechanics and not doo too strict of form, it limits muscular overload, but dont get to sloppy either. And to get that clean cut the only way to do it is to create a calorie deficit through brief intense cardio and strict diet

  • so is it working out the lower bicep?

  • you could do that workout if you want, but have you noticed the arms of "boxers"?

yeah, you want arms/guns like that which are CUT and Ripped... that is because they workout the major & essential myofibers "muscles" that they need for performance and looks, EXAMPLE: working out the mid bicep and central tricep will create a massive CUT which gives you the looks!

but if u train diffrnt parts of ur bicep, its gna look MUNTED and FAT or BIG-ABNORMAL if you like...

    cheers

  • Listen man. He's Doing a demonstration, not trying to show off to out of shape losers like you.

    Learn some Respect.

  • use barbell dude way easier and beettter

  • why is it better?

  • @devdog93 Dumbbells are better for everything other than squats and deadlifts, although certainly not easier. They force you do do more work stabilizing the weight, which is a very good thing if you're interested in useful strength and not just broceps. Squats and deadlifts... you should stick with barbells. It's just too risky to do any kind of useful weight for squats or deadlifts using dumbbells.

  • I usually use a barbell.
