    In 1964 at Sana Monocia California at Muscle Beach I saw Joe Prezant do a seated press from his chest with the barbell taken at his shoulders-no overhead hand off and lowering it partially. He was about 5.11 and 250 pounds and he did 315. He could also 40-degree incline 420 and dead lift 635. This was in the preroid era.

  • Incredible dude. Wow. I agree with the too many reps. The 275 for 6 was not needed IMO. 1RM 365lbs and I usually go 135-15, 185-6 225-4 275-2,3 315 1or2 then 1RM. Either way. I think you got 420 in you if you work on the triceps to close it out. What's your BWT. Most people without your disability can even dream of fucking with weights like this. Kudos brother. Stay healthy.

  • @killacamry I understand and what's more impressive is I would assume it's more difficult to keep balance with your disability. Not being able to drive with both legs must be hard. Have you been able to develop the "feel" to push with your quad? I would think it took some practice to get it right considering the left would want to drive harder. Dude. regardless. Super strong lift. I look forward to your videos in the future. Loving NAS too:). Though Mobb deep will make 450LBS go up LOL!

  • @333irani333 yea these were all in succession and as for my weight i dont really know, im missing my right leg from mid thigh down and the prosthetic i wear is very light compared to a real leg....i think i would weigh a little over 200lbs

  • @killacamry exactly dont really know if your using the roids but if your not your few of many ppl i do 365 375 bench press and im 17yrs old you dont really see that many natural ppl who do 405 and up or 315 and up nice video thats my goal 405 stay at it man stay strong stay natural

    thanks, your right its not that common for natural people to do over 315 but every gym has a few. i train with 2 other people who are also all natural and they can bench 445, they weigh alot more then me thou. if your 17 and your doing 375, there is no reason to think you wont be benching way over 400 by the time your 25. just remember the more weight you lift the chances for injury increase. make sure you train safe always warm up thoroughly and keep good form when you go heavy

    I'm curious to know what exactly does all natural mean? I would assume ILLEGAL stuff like roids, but what about over the counter supplements like creatine and protein?

  • @chillnigga2 you right, the term all natural does get thrown around alot and it means different things to different people. natural to me means anything you can find in your local vitamin store. so pretty much anything that is legal in the US. i use whey protein and have used creatine in the past.

    For a second I thought I wasn't all natural since I take "black powder" before my work out and a whey protein mix after. You're really strong for the build you have, you don't look too stocky.. maybe you're tall 6'+? I'm 5'10" and weigh 185 while only maxing at 330 on the bench. I look a lot more stocky though, I feel I could lose 20lbs of fat which is my goal at the moment rather then bulking up. What's that green stuff? I've seen it around my gym.

  • @chillnigga2 yea im about 6ft tall and im pretty lean around 9% body fat... .its hard for me to gain weight.. the green stuff is a BCAA called scivation xtend... 330lb max at 185 is very good

    I've been wondering, because leg drive is a big part on keeping form when you're benching, does the prosthetic leg make it harder to do that?

  • @FancyGapClawhammer yea it definitely has an impact, i dont really get any leverage with the prosthetic and drive alot more with my left leg. it also took me some time to get used to finding my center of balance with the prosthetic while benching...some times when im doing dumbell presses i feel like im going to fall off the bench

  • do you do incline and decline benching too? thats intense , my goal is at least 200 by the end of the year. I was and still am a very weak bencher. I got shoulder problems the last time i benched too fast so now I am "trying" to use better form and slowly work my way up to there hopefully. Good job with the hard work

    i do flat barbell/dumbbell and incline barbell/dumbbell and cable flys..i never do decline...i also had shoulder issues for a long time, what i do now before chest is a set of 25 reps with lighter weight just to get blood in the muscle and joints

  • good job man! i'm 31 and it has taken me 13yrs to get to 405max. was stuck at 315 forever cause mentally i didn't think i could do more. then one day tossed on 25s, felt nothing. then tossed on 45s for one good rep. for me anything above 315 is still mentally draining, but i know i can go up to 405

  • drastically change your chest routine for a month ...pyramid down starting as heavy as you can go for 10 reps and drop the weight enough so you can do another 10 reps but only take 60 second rest between sets,,,do 5 sets pyramiding down the weight for flat and do the same for incline.....and finish with some flys....do this routine for a few weeks then go back to your normal routine and you should notice a increase in strength ...
