i did this style last night. LOVE IT. i had to continued the dutch braid until i ran out of hair, and then secured the END of it with an elastic. and the second section where the hair is twisted then compressed, my hair is so long, i just tied two sections into knots until they were short enough to secure with bobby pins. then i dutch braided the other front side to the back of my head and secured it with bobby pins. you are such an inspiration, and i love watching your videos!!! Thank you!

sometimes if you lightly spray your fine silky hair with hairspray before you braid - it will not fall out quite so quickly. It also works on shoelaces that won't stay tied - spray the laces with hairspray before you tie them. ;)

@EmYoussif Thanks :) It's mainly about lighting and camera. My old camera makes everything look more yellow than what it is in reality, especially shadows, while the new camera that I used here is more realistic, hehe :)

@mrsadavidson You could be braiding to loosely? I used to braid quite loose and the braids would always fall out. Then I started to braid more tight and then loosen it up as she does in the video, just be careful not to loosen it up too much :) Or it could be that your hair is too fine and straight to be able to hold the braid, than you would have to start with curly hair (as she again does in the video because I guess she has this problem) Hope it helps! :)
