The statement that interstellar travel requires limitless energy etc is a bit of a red herring. It implies we know where they're coming from, assuming of course they are even real. But out of all the many reports over the years, only one needs to be real for the phenomenon of visitors to be real.
Given the fact we don't know all there is to know about the ocean; the far side of the Moon; and many other places within the solar system, it's easy to eliminate the 'energy' dismissal of UFOs.
It would appear to me that the arguement against the picture's validity is just as vague as the picture(s) itself/themselves. I really think they deserve each other. What concerns me is how you use these strange analogic (unscientific) things to push a scientific point. Why don't you just do a lecuture on the subject of space travel, tape it and post it. It would be much more valuable than this, well... nonsense. (I am not in the least discrediting your lessons, only your method of delivery.)
If a lot of people were interested in a straightforward presentation of science, the Science Channel would have a bigger audience and history channel wouldn't have to keep talking about UFOs to get ratings.
I think I understand now. Perhaps...* your message isn't as important as how many people you can get to see your message and respond.
In that case, you are an entertainer, and I am thoroughly entertained. you are a musician, so you must be no stranger to entertaining.
I take it this is a hobby though, (talking about science and astronomy.) Very good chap. You've convinced me that I haven't wasted my time. Bring on some new videos, if you don't mind my requesting.
Actually, I'm a professional scientist and used to work as a professional musician back when music was made with people playing instruments like violins and oboes, etc.
i won't say i am some kind of genious (because i'm not lol) but i thought a tesla was a measure for magnetic flux density...so where does that get invloved with interstellar travel as skylarkio has implied.
as for the video, sound was great at creating a more tense inviroment. as for the picture well could be cgi for all i know...i mean the shape doesn't really look practical..but our idea of practical can be completely different to another species.
You're right. A telsa is a measure of magnetic flux and I'm not sure what skylarkio meant either. The photos are definitely not cgi. They could be faked in other ways but why come up with something that doesn't "look practical?" It looked light bioluminescent insects to the skeptics. I'm a skpetic too but the insec theory doesn't fit the zoology.
yeah right incects what ever. i live in reno and i havent seen any incects that where that close to the camera look like that at all. reno isn't all that remote like some people like to think. if our city keeps growing like it is it could be the size of las vegas. if anyone has any comebacks on my comment feel free to let me know.
I think you're right. Entomologists tell me the insects that astronomers want to attribute this too haven't been in the Southwest desert since it was at the bottom of a sea millions of years ago.
this is probly due to the high level of heat. i'm not a Entomologists but i can tell the difference when i see it. you should come down or up to reno when you have a chance some time to take some pics, and then get them devoleped but take them out side of reno you'll find that if you don't drink a couple gallons of water a day you'll eventually die of dehidration. it's perfect for a place like area 51 that's why it's out it's pretty remote.
wouldnt limitless energy be what tesla discoverd? just guessing

by definition a 'UFO' isn't a synonym for 'alien craft'..or is this a conceit?
"You decide!"..gracious of you, but with no footage i'll choose not to
"interstellar travel.." well, the universe is a free lunch (heard of Tesla?)
