  • it has something away from the real turbo props

  • Would love to see that armed =) slap some airsoft guns on there and bam you got urself an ac-130

  • should have made it a c-130 specter, i don't mean it to ba a cod reference, i thought they were cool before it came out

  • my-neighbor-built-that

  • Now only one question : HOW MUCH?!??!?!??!?

  • 5 people are mad that they didn't get to ride in it

  • if that flew by at just the right altitude I couldnt tell if its a rc

  • Lol they should start airmail carriers with these giant r/c planes as the new way to save on fuel from the airlines. use the first person view cameras 180degree turn radious and fly as a new career lol. use the militaries signal to carry out the aircraft to different states like the drones and be able to fuel stop at the airports u need for refuel.. i wonder if this be a way to save on gas lol....I sure love that job you sit at home while flying it on computor lol

  • there isnt a kinda...samller version of this or any ac130 is there? :-(

  • Enemy Ac-130 Above!!!!!!!!!!

  • how much weight can it lift? i weight barely 90 lbs which is 45 kg.. or so.

  • 2:02 - Now THAT'S a wingspar!

  • How much fuel does this thingcan caryy and how high can it go?

It would be nice to know!

  • @lazy bum450: hahahahahahah lol

  • ENEMY RC-130 ABOVE!!!

  • @Lazybum450

Go back to your ps3. This is real, not a shit videogame.

  • @DaChris2368 Dude ofcourse I know its real, I hadn't seen anyone comment like that so I thought I would be a first, no need to get all PMSy, btw, I used a 360.

  • I love your C 130 Herc awesome Plane enjoy it.

  • holy shit

  • thats really cool sounds like the ones a work on when they do the fly overs i want ONE so bad, but i will have to settle on working on the USAF 130's for now.

  • It looks and sounds great!!!

  • The colours remind me of an air tanker for Cal-Fire, ive always loved to see a scale model aircraft that could drop liquid from it.

  • Pa, get the gun

  • Madre mia...si suena como un avion a escala real!!

Alguien podria dar datos de este juguete? No se, tamaño, peso, potencia, etc...

  • algo si se sabe ¡ un humano no lo podra levantar !

  • Funny, all that money and 2 strokes? Why? I mean it sounds good, but if your going to spend all that money-GO FOR THE SOUND OF 4 STROKES.

  • Respond to this video...

agreed & turbo prop will be better

  • Add two rockets on the sides or fireworks and you could make a great JATO (Jet Assisted Take Off)

  • its so big i can ride on that plane

  • Also the model cost in excess of £16k!!

  • Saw this plane flying at RAF Lyneham yesterday and chatted with the guys who operate it. Power comes from 4 2-stroke engines. Asked about turbines but the pilot said they would give the model too much power.

  • Is it powered by 4 turboprop engines?

  • How much...probably no less than 3 grand...

  • try about 10

  • I wouldn't doubt it

  • That's the BIGGEST R/C airplane I've ever seen!

  • where can i get one of these n how much are they....haha

  • Sounds windy, landing was good, the plane is in one piece,, thats the main thing.

  • where did u get thet from?

  • i m a C-130 hercules pilot with the air force & wow , a compliment for you , very realistic & good flying mate .

  • Gorgeous!! How much does one of those cost?

  • Wow, that one is so big that you can discuss about colling it a "scale" model...

However, nice engine sound and very nice to see. Thanks for sharing.

  • nice plane and nice flying but the landing was bad

  • any landing you can walk away from is a GOOD landing!

  • you are right but the landing could have been smother than that especially with abig plane

  • Very nice! I love the sound

  • must be a coastie, or just a huge fan of the coast guard.

  • A really nice job. Even sounds impressive. Keep up the good work.

  • Theres an AFB about 30 min from me and I have C-130 over all the time and looked so like the real kind nice job flying it.

  • beautiful plane... nice job!!

  • Hard to fly?...

  • That is THE BEST sound from any RC 'toy' I've ever heard. Fantastic!

  • RC Toy, jejejejejeee, ur funny!!!

  • Hey guys i was saying to : 9682482 and those others who caommented saying this are toys, im a R/C Flyer my self and i have a 1/6 Scale F-16 and i hate when people calls then "Toys"

  • i could fly my kitty cat

  • AMAZING!!!! Just wished the person shooting video wasn't standing on a basketball when shooting the video

  • that is AWESOME!!! hats off!!

  • I have been 2 feet from this model its very big and if i remeber it takes either 2 or 3 radio controls!

  • the engines have sound of turbines!!!

    turboprop?????

  • Oh my god did u guys just take a real c130 and put it in a shrinking machine?! that is the best and most accurate scale aircraft that i have ever seen!

  • fakn good plane wonder what engines it has. but im sick of watching people fly nice rc planes like shit take offs and landing totally terrible

  • i want to buy this

  • u cant buy it... this plane is home made! if it were for sale, i wouldve taken it by now ;)

  • great video of the c130.. i am working on 14 foot c130 and hope to fly it late summer.. would like to know more about yours.

  • Have you got a full article on this model elsewhere? - it would be great to hear how you built it and what engins & control gear are installed. - Superb model!

  • It sounds like a real aircraft... just not a real C-130. during the flight and landing, the engine sounds were the ONLY thing to give away it wasn't a real Herc.

MY GOD, that thing's BIG! :))

  • WOW BRILIANT C-130

All I Have Is An R/C Helicopter

  • That was so cool. My dad used to fly a C-130 for the coast guard. he did a lot of cool things.

  • r u sure that's an R/C, cause that sounds real, I mean damn, awesome job

  • Wow!

  • Wow, impressive. is it 3003 or 2003? We have a 2003 HC130J, but no such thing as a 3003 bird. You going to add extrenal fuel tanks to it? I know we started out with no externals, but now they all have em.

  • it costs aroun £3000 weve had 2 before this 1

  • i no the owner i help him sometimes refule it and i have to hold it back wen it is on full power powerfull thing good fun though me and the owner r in smac so thats how i know him he drops men out of the back that is at

  • awesome, sounds quite same as the real C 130

  • Very impressive!

  • it's probably hard to do but i have yet to see a large RC like that landing like the real thing. it still looks like a toy bouncing on touchdown. but yes this RC is really really nice.

  • man.i wish the c-130 was bomber type, that'll be cool,but there's spooky!!!!

  • I smaller scale it almost sounds like the real thing. That's awesome.

  • Damn even sounds like the real thing, good job

  • DanielLombardo,

how about i go blow your cars up and then see how funny it is :/

  • very nice, just about to start building a 120 inch c-130. to the knob who said 'how funny if it crashed', think about your house on fire.not real funny is it?

  • Wow amazing realistic reproduction!

  • how much does it cost an av u flown from raf woodvale last year??? (at the rc airshow)

  • That is absolutely amazing! Looks great! I see C-130s every day, and this thing looks very accurate even down to the landing and taxi lights. Great job to the builders!

  • i'd like to know what set of plans this came from and was it scaled up. i feel some turbo props coming on. was going to do a 777, but this looks much better.

  • pretty much telling

    all that time and money

    BOOOM

  • I guess for the guys that built it, it would not be that funny. But I guess to you it might be..

  • @JetFlyerUK how much it cost u to get this? i want one myself :) been looking for it since i was 10 but never remember to get 1

  • how funny would it be if you crashed it

  • Are you asking a question or telling me?

  • just like a real one. GOOD JOB.

  • what is the wingspan of this aircraft

  • hehe deu uma pancadinha no pouso hein !! mais o modelo é 10 e boa pilotagem também está de parabéns !!

  • gtpk einai

  • This is a 1/6 escale ?

  • how far can it go up? how far can it go away from you?????

  • bet I know what you want to use it for...

  • xD for jsut a second i tought it was a real one when it flew over

  • oh my god maybe there's room for one passenger up there XD

  • Alright, so where is the G.I. Joe pilot? Awesome video, that plane is amazing! Absolutely love it!!!

  • aaah man, its not even turbo prop... someone needs to make a call to wren

  • omfg that thing is huge! i wonder if it would be able to lift my little brother up into the air :p

  • omg, what do you have in mind ? LMFAO

  • did i hear reversing pitch props?!?!i want 1!try wat i did with a few smaller planes,i made a huge model carrier out of balsa wood, added cables and a gun powder fuel cat,and tried carrier take offs and landings, later that day my friend wanted to trie it,he crashed and fuel spilt,it burnt to the framework,so sad

  • is that Mr. Eddie Barker flying the C130!!!

  • Yes Fred..

  • try the J-A-T-O manuever

  • assuming this is in the uk, I saw this model at raf fairford stood next to its real uscg counterpart.

I think if I remember right too, they actually had a button to open the cargo door and perform an air drop too. but it screwed up half way thru the drop and the chute was left dragging, then fell off as they were about to pull up, was only a toy landrover, but a damn good display.

This model is the bees knees.

    crofty

  • Yes thats the one

  • That, was cool!

  • Awesome!!! Any specs on this beauty?

  • I'm really waiting to see one with 4 actual turbine powered turboprops just like the life-size version. I've only seen a couple of rc's with turbine powered props, two of which you can find here on youtube. they're both single engine rc's though. would be nice to see multi-engined turbine props. Would you know of any in existence or are you planning on building one? Really Nice plane though.

  • Hi dont know of any as yet. They would have to be small turboprops for this model, x4 of them...

  • ive always wondered if its hard to fly and land those? i 'm hoping to fly a 130 after high school. i love flying them on fs

  • Generally speaking, the larger the RC airplane is, the eaisier it is to fly. This c130 should be very easy to fly (assumming you are an experienced RC pilot)

  • its happend to me once when my a-10 had to belly land. keep flaps down while flying at near full speed. keeep tail wings up to he plane level. gently have it touch the ground and hit the brakes

  • thats cool, how fast can you get it to go?

  • waht material do you use?

  • what size engines was used in the neat c130. my next project, i hope.

    john, knoxville tn.

  • Hi all. I just bought a C-130 Herc. It has no landing gear, so could anyone tell me how to belly land with minimum damage...?

  • no you do not need faa approval but you do need a permit from the A.M.A with an inspector to watch every step of the build for planes heavier than 50 lbs.

  • Did you need "FAA" approval to fly that???lol

  • If you plan to build and fly a model in the UK which weighs over 20kg then it is mandatory (a requirement of the CAA) that the aircraft is built, inspected and flight proven using the scheme operated by the LMA on behalf of the CAA.

  • Nice airplane, nice landing

  • That's one big RC plane. Any idea how much it weighed and the engines used ?

  • Hi, it weighs 173lbs and has 4 gasoline engines, made by US engines.
