hey man, try squinting your eyes a little and rubbing them hard five minutes before you see your parents so they look red. Also pinch your nose quite hard for a minute and fight the pain so your nose looks red while breathing out your mouth and blowing your nose a lot even if nothing comes out. Just some tips... :)

The best thing in my opinion to fake if you know your parents are going to take you to the doctors is a sick stomach it is very common say you feel very naseuas and sick when he ask you were point 2 inches below your right ribcage say you keep throwing up when he goes to take your temperature tell him you took Tylenol works every time
