@58Clams You are quite right. No abuse on a child is acceptable whether it be mental or physical. The child victim must always come first and be the main priority. Even the families wishes or how they may be affected are inconsequential next to the feelings and welfare of the child.

I became house bound after the rapes and because of the police. I have no contact with any one at all. There is no one to hold me or to comfort me. I did do a lot and even pulled down the house that I was raped in. I was keeping bizy but everything just all fell apart. Now everything fills so pointless and my life is worth nothing.

@killerchipmunkattack Miss 58Clams is the same age as me. Without revealing our actual age, I can tell you that she and I are both too old to make or adopt children. It's a nice thought to become a mother, but Mother Nature has taken us older ladies past that option.
But, taking up a new hobby, getting outside into the fresh air, calling old friends -- those are all good things to do when you're feeling down. Serious depression, however, can make it a huge challenge just to get motivated...

I remember reading that pple who don't get enuff daylight exposure tend to be prone 2 depression. And also exercise will make ur body produce endorphins. So maybe sum light exercise outdoors would lift ur mood. I know u probably feel like its not worth the effort, but it realy cant hurt right? :) Ur getting into a vicious cycle i think.

@killerchipmunkattack The cop who broke into my home was from the Customs Assistance Unit Internal Affairs. He was men to be Investigating the Goulburn police for perverting the cores of justice. But instead he was a Predator. After the raps I new that I had no were to go for help In particular reporting it to the Goulburn police. They are responsible for it. The Goulburn police were so corrupt. They cover up for one another and I paid for it. Police investigating police, What a joke!!!

The rapist cop come back down hear to Goulburn stroking me. Still the police refused to help me. But then another cop from the CAU said that he was going to help me He wonted the evidence of the raps and like a fool I gave it to him and it went missing. My tests for HIV/AIDS was combined with the continuing

If I never went to the Goulburn police in the first place..Non of this would have happened. I now know why so meany victims of rape wont report it.

In the meantime, take real good care of your self and your soul. Get lots of rest, try to eat things that you enjoy, watch funny TV and movies, and meditate to empty your mind.

@killerchipmunkattack Miss 58Clams is the same age as me. Without revealing our actual age, I can tell you that she and I are both too old to make or adopt children. It's a nice thought to become a mother, but Mother Nature has taken us older ladies past that option.
But, taking up a new hobby, getting outside into the fresh air, calling old friends -- those are all good things to do when you're feeling down. Serious depression, however, can make it a huge challenge just to get motivated...

@58Clams Girl, i really think u should slap on some sunscreen or a hat, put on some lip balm and then spend sum time outdoors. I remember reading that pple who don't get enuff daylight exposure tend to be prone 2 depression. And also exercise will make ur body produce endorphins. So maybe sum light exercise outdoors would lift ur mood. I know u probably feel like its not worth the effort, but it realy cant hurt right? :) Ur getting into a vicious cycle i think.

I just don't want to say anything on here that she's told me privately. I have confidentiality and professional/personal ethics to uphold. But if she chooses to share her experiences here in video comments, then I totally support that.
Rotten cops should be publicly exposed and punished when they abuse their powers like this. Grrrr!

But instead he was a Predator. After the raps I new that I had no were to go for help In particular reporting it to the Goulburn police. They are responsible for it. The Goulburn police were so corrupt. They cover up for one another and I paid for it. Police investigating police, What a joke!!!

The rapist cop come back down hear to Goulburn stroking me. Still the police refused to help me. But then another cop from the CAU said that he was going to help me He wonted the evidence of the raps and like a fool I gave it to him and it went missing. My tests for HIV/AIDS was combined with the continuing

If it's not too prying to ask: Do you have enough money to be able to move away from there? It sounds like just living there is contributing to your reliving these nightmares every day. A complete change of scenery might be very beneficial for you, no matter where it might be.

@58Clams That's not surprising. When people are depressed, they either lost interest in eating, or they eat too much. You'll put the weight back on when things get better.
And things -will- get better! We're going to help you get through this bad patch, and figure out some ways to improve your situation.
In the meantime, take real good care of your self and your soul. Get lots of rest, try to eat things that you enjoy, watch funny TV and movies, and meditate to empty your mind.
