The ending is note for note Malmsteen's "Far Beyond The Sun," BUT for two artists whose styles are heavily influenced by classical music and sweep picking, picking apart the arpeggio, it is simply an E minor. Necrophagist's "Stabwound" uses it too. All I'm saying is that that it's a very common arpeggio to be sweep-picked, and taking a 1-second riff from a 6 minute song isn't such a big deal.
