what happens if a tow truck wants to tow you for using/overstaying in a restricted car space : would they end up accidentally ripping fiber body work off by incorectly connecting to whatever they find ?
hmm, seems strange they dont just use standard tow point, because sometimes its a third party who wont have access to your boot/tools/knowledge.

They really should've done what is done on racing cars. Make the hook fold down and maybe paint it red or something so they can find it.
