Especially the deformed organic copulating mutations or patterns (around "5:31"), somehow reminded me of H.R.Giger's organic landscapes. Also his obvious fascination of genitalia.
Hans Bellmer is one of the greatest artistic minds of the early 20th century, at least in the countercurrent, and is still an extremely artist man compared to all throughout time. Even moreso is he an amazing Philosopher, as someone who has read The Doll(Die Puppe) would understand.
Cheers my friend Shivabel..haven't heard from you in a while...thanks for this posting,I'm really into Bellmer, certainly spend enough time in front of his sculptures at L'pool Tate modern..I've never see his illustrations before..wow a treat..thanks x
.Ci sono corpi che s'intrecciano, che si sciolgono, che si spiano.Credo che Bellmer abbia rappresentato alla perfezione le pulsioni riguardanti il sesso
Despite his monomaniacal fetishes and perversions, this artist has long held my admiration. These drawings are masterworks of intricacy, boundless imagination, and fiery passion. This is a superb tribute to his works accompanied by 9 1/4 musical minutes of impending doom. Thanks for the slideshow of art excellence.
Very thanks for your comment. You have also to consider it is not so simple to see a so large samples of Bellmer's drawings, and it tooks me a lot of time to gather all the material and finally to make this video, but at the end...here it is ;-)
I love Hans Bellmer, the greatest artist and I appreciate your video and choice of music. Merci, danke, thanks.

I admire your assembly of Bellmers best drawings! And I thought, I know the most of them.
The drawings are much better than his doll-sculptures. A master of camouflaging his subconscious wishes.

@Bodelhamsun - agreed, I think his photography is still fantastic, but yes the drawings/engravings/etchings are uniformly stunning

Mi colpiscono questi disegni per la minuziosità e mi sembra di esserne travolta.
