The photo is real. What is pictured is questionable. Obviously there is a bird and a wierd object. That's it. A still photo of a bird and an object. We have so little information here there is no way of telling what the object is. Before we jump to the conclusion that it's a UFO we really need ALOT more information. I think it looks like something was thrown into the air and photographed as the object appears much lower than the bird. Still photos are almost useless for investigation purposes.

The bird below the object in question is obviously at a higher altitude and obviously further away.

The object circled is smaller then the bird in the background.
