War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Aggression are by far and away too open to interpretation, too general and vague to even be reasonable to allow any governing body 'jurisdiction' over.
It is disappointing to see William F Jasper whos work I admire, denying the fact that the trial of some US official for crimes against humanity of the last 50 years is out of question, let alone the high treason toward their own nation. The last of them being the members of the Bush Administration. Its truly disappointing to notice this lack of Justice and Integrity in a such outstanding investigator.
