I know there is a Grand Guignol theatre in Washington, DC as well, though I can't remember its name, nor have I been there. But, if you live on the East Coast it's surely the closest place!

This was an excellent mini-doc on Le Teatre du Grand Guignol but I must correct one thing - There IS a practicing Grand Guignol theater and its in San Francisco, CA USA. Created by Thrillpeddlers, the name of the theater is called THE HYPNODROME. Check out their website and go see a show if ever your in SF. Chocked full of sex, violence and humor! You won't be disappointed...
