Some of my ancestors were sami, the people who wrote this song. Still, I really enjoy this rendition of the song, and feel that the native americans performing it did a wonderful job.

The original group to use this chant sued Virgin Records for royalties but it didn't work. The song is Sacred Spirits but the chant is not. Which is why Virgin does not have to pay royalties.
