I had to change a 50 year old valve stem from an old tecumseh minibike and its not as easy without this tool. removing the old one was easy since it was brittle, but the new one was very difficult without a tool. I had to remove the tire from the rim because the stem fell inside on my first attempt. (I pulled it through the back rather than the front.) but once you learn how to do it, the next time its easier.
Man i could take that tire break the beads and replace the stem on a machine in about 20 seconds...come on now...how exactly would this benefit someone?

Informative vid, thanks! I found the AME 51025 on Amazon for 40 bucks, that seems a wee bit expensive.

@firestoneslave
It would benefit someone like me who is in the middle of BF nowhere, four wheeling, and tears a valve stem off. No tire machines in the woods chief.
