Did some Googling KingHuman. the only thing i came up with was something that looks simular. During WWII there was a set of cards used called Chinese-Japanese language character cards. I don't understand chinese or japanese, but some of the characters do look chinese. The color green might suggest military use. Here is the link to the the only thing i found on that. Only searched 10 minutes.

It is the game of the 101 poems it seems the idea it is that someone reads a part of the poem and the other guys try to guess with poem is... something like that I am sure...

It is JAPANESE I recognize the hiragana so there`s a big clue..
