Yes, A Celebration 1969-1979 2DVD set available at Tommygun Video, please see our youtube channel for links, video clips, more details. Footage includes live at QPR 1975, Beat Club 1972, Time & A Word videos, and more rare stuff from the 70s
Classic 'Yes'! .I listened to "Fragile" extremely loud when I was a teen. Happened to catch a live performance on t.v. a few years ago and I was delightfully impressed and entertained at how great they still were. Trying to get my 17 year old to learn "Mood for a Day" on his acoustic for Mum.
I was really able to crawl into the long ago atmosphere captured in this video and I very much wish I had seen YES in this time frame. The creative intensity seems like it's just pouring into the fine feeling dark back then with this time and this great band.
I love the way he says, "But I mean. I try not to" (Re: Making mistakes and looking like a big goof) and it's great around 3:50 when he comments about Wakeman being Absolutely Spot On Perfect.
I saw VH1 Classic played this program a couple weeks ago. Right after they spent a couple hours on Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd was my favorite band until I started listening to YES. They made me forget about PF
Nope. That's Bill Bruford. Interestingly, it wouldn't be long before Bill leaves Yes and White starts his run of nearly 30 years. Bill was only with Yes for a relatively short time, but his impact was incredible.
the only video i know of thgereal yes!!!!!11 amazing!!! does anybody know if there's a video of perpetual change in yessongs? bill plays there!!!! amazing
This is one of my favorite songs by yes. i love bass in it because i play the bass.and wow cris squire has deep voice how surprising. He is such a great bass player how many people can play like that. And he seems so sirius in this interview.
That Rick Wakeman quote at 5:00 IS hilarious. "Dead silence. Someone's supposed to play. Everyone else knows this piece very well. Think! Must be me that's supposed to play." That's great!!!!
I think Rick Wakeman's comments about 5 minutes into this segment are hilarious! He recalls his confusion about when he should play. It's a shame this video isn't on Home DVD.
where the freakin orignal films to all this and i mean all of it not the final cut...this is the most important overall film ever made its like that genesis film which also hasn't seen the light of day no crimson but some elp though
Why this hasn't been officially released on DVD yet?

At 2:00 Chris looks like such a shy person.
One would not know it to see him on stage.
