  • the art of singing WITH YR FUCKIN MOUTH CLOSED eh

  • thanks

  • COOOOOO<L :)

  • Her Majesty's only hit single. I think the percussion is Prince Phillip banging pots and pans over Charles's head.

  • About 25 years ago, a news network used this song over a video of Queen Elizabeth. I was on the floor laughing because this female singer actually sounds like her royal highness. Now news has come out that the British government has taken over the queen's finances. It reminded me of this song again. Somebody has to do a parody of this song with the queen's likeness.

  • CRAAAP

  • ohh brtish female singers thank if they had talent im not tolding about every females im talking about this crap

  • A single word evokes a myriad of thoughts .... money!

  • an awesome song :D

  • Funny. I always thought an Asian lady was the front for this song.

  • @RettMikhal i know, me too... turns out she's british :S

  • This was featured in an advert for Selfridges in the 80's - was cheeeeese. lol

  • It's hard to believe that strange sounding instrument is a Piano. And that the Camera man was able to hold the camera still while they trashed his apartment. Seriously, the video was shot in the camera mans apartment and they trashed it in front of him XD

  • Deconstructing the pimp

  • This song sums up my wife.

  • totally awesome!!

  • I have no idea why but I heard this song on Lord of War yesterday and I cannot stop listening to it lol it's stupid X]

  • GIVE ME MORE!! lov'n it, hard core baby whooop whoop! I want money too sweet heart! I've notice she wants money but she won't get her loopy ass out the door to get a job.haha.

  • Wtf, did she just fly into the air?

    She's Shirnk today...

  • Classic!

  • lmfao... this song is so effing bizarre that it's kinda charming...

  • It's time for Money Talks with Brian Johns!

  • this was skater music back then

  • The influence the Flying Lizards and this song in particular had on the music industry probably can't be measured

  • A classsic done in a great style. Love it.

  • absolutley awful. she has no character what so ever. this is not even music

  • i like how the sound in this one has more of an eclectic barnyard feel in comparison to the original's bluesy jazzy motown sorta sound.

  • Deborah is such a great singer ! a shame i didn't get her autograph when i worked along side her when she became an art therapist. 3 years and i never plucked up the courage.A great woman and so unassuming.

  • @MattMangels - Money by The Flying Lizards was 1979, not quite the 80's.

  • Wonder if Annie Lennox saw this when she made her video for Sweet Dreams. There are some similarities between the two videos, especially towards the end of this one.

  • Money - that what I want, that's what I want. That's what I want.

  • i love this song<3

  • this has to be one of the worst videos ever

  • @CamusBall You're missing the point! haha

  • great video...brings back memories

  • Wow, She has NO personality in this video haha

  • For all you saying this is a great Beatles cover: It IS a great cover, and the Beatles did a great version of it, but it was written by Berry Gordy and Janie Bradford, first performed in 1959 by Barrett Strong.

  • She is so hot,

  • Gotta love a good Beatles cover!!

  • She sounds like Virginia Wade!!!!!!!!!!!

  • SHE ROCKS 4 ME.

  • Actually she had potential as a glam sort, but this came early in the New Wave movement, and she appears to be bordering on the punk appearance.

  • @RaminME... Read some F. Scott Fitzgerald... people have always been after the money...

  • they sampled alot of this song beatles hit with da same name

  • i saw paris i saw france ...i saw this girl is wearing no bra

  • @OrchidOxycodone

Well, as long as they' re cute I don' t care about their rap sheets or preferences.

  • @RaminME

That's attractive man, you are looking at lumpy women too much :)

  • @WatchRyder you're looking at men with long hair :)

  • @RaminME

  • Comment removed

  • what goes around comes around. no different to the noughties just alittle more original (even though it was a cover) :)

  • Exactly, because nobody is after the money today!

  • everybody's after the money today! wtf

  • mots fucked up shit evr

  • I WANT MONEY!

  • THAT'S WHAT I WANT

  • what

  • Wrong, duran duran were commercial trash. This band was truly avant garde.Entirely different, but I'm sure you listen to some shit like slipknot the kids nowadays call music.

  • sry, if you mean like rap and pop, how about. no. 15 year olds dont kno anything about music unless they have studied the classical arts which you havent and neither have the other 95%. playing an insturment barely counts.

  • what the fuck ever.

  • yah. watever, a kid who listens to 80's music only knows one genre. in fact you kno nothing about music if you only listen to one genre, but its like watever just dont claim to know wat you dont.

  • okay, i shall.

  • what year is this song??? LOVE IT!

  • maybe i'ts 1967

  • THis is hardcore New Wave-none of the drek like Duran Duran or Flock of Seagulls.

  • wow! I remember the first time I heard this song I was so exicted cause it sounded so different compared to every thing else I heard on the radio. I was in my early teens and I remember dancing to it my friends were like how can you dance to music like that! I knew then I was the new waver in the group til this day I'm still that;-)

  • cant hear 4 shit
