Actually the Ridgeline has a fully enclosed frame that is then welded to a unit body. which is why it accelerates better than an F150, handles a slalom better than a Lightning, and has the highest safety rating of any truck ever only ignorant rednecks lack the appreciation of what true engineering can provide. By the way, I own a 2006 Ridgeline and have been an ASE certified mechanic working in a ford dealer for the last 13 years.
hmmm maybe honda was smart because no one actually uses a 5.4L engine and no one needs 10,000 pounds of towing. when will you use it? once? they designed the Ridgeline to make sense and be usefull and practical.
Real men can spell Ridgeline and only pussy ass men spell trucks with all caps, especially one who admits to driving a little ol ZR2 with what about 190 HP (is that less than 247 hp? yep I think it is) Does the S-10 have a 6ft bed? It could never be a real truck without at least a 6ft bed, right? I also guess it can only be a real truck (imagine truck written in all caps if your a redneck ball licker) if you can't rely on it to start and stay running anytime you needed to drive it?
190 hp. hahahahha. try 247 hp. better gas mileage, safer, more pratical, emmissions exempt, capable off-raod (contridictary to common thought), front wheel drive (awseome for snow) locking in bed trunk, comftorable seats and roomy, 6 cd changer, leather seats with a sunroof.

why's that? what is a real truck? is it defined like this: a car that will be used to its full extent about once a year (you could rent a truck and save money) and has an average gas mileage of 10. or is it: a large vehicle with a flat bed in the back, towing abilities and a larger engine than the average car?
LITTLE men need TRUCKS to compensate for their napoleon complex and steps on the side 'cause they're too short to get in and loud exhaust to get the attention their parents couldn't provide when they were younger. I just traded my '06 ridgeline for an '07 ram laramie quad cab. 10,000 miles & the brakes are warped, my 5.7 liter hemi doesn't seem to accelerate much better, and the solid rear axle handle bumps around corners like crap. one word "regret" is the ram not a real TRUCK?
you were parksed in the middle of the road. If I ever saw you do that, I would take my TRUCK (yes, mine has a frame like all True trucks) and run yours over.

I got a true 6 foot bed with 4LO. 190 HP and 250 Ft LBS of Tq. The Ridgeline is a grocery getter.
