What I do know is that almost every ancient "religious" (for want of a better word) text which predates the Torah & Bible have identical stories. Osiris for example, is about as close to Jesus as you can get in ancient literature and there are many others from around the world. The thing that bothers me so much about Christianity and the religions professing to believe in it, do NOT follow Jesus tenets. I have experienced God as a child and it looked like a sun where the light was shining through every cell of mine with true love. It got more and more intense the longer I looked at it. @ClementineRoad that is important for us to spell right He would have mentioned Himself called God Father. Furthermore, if God thought is important He would have included in the 10commendments .Or he would mention it in SEVERAL occasions /YHWH means in hebrew>i am that/he (who is) Is not a name!! Jews had many names for God bcoz one is not enough God in english might come from a pagan god i dunno but it matters not coz in Latin is DIO and in Greek THEO so..it was never DELIBERATELY changed

@ClementineRoad IN all languages the existent name for the gods was adopted for the One God Where did SAUL told the greeks that they should call God YAHUAH? i never saw anything like that in the Bible Human names are not important Jesus called Himself Son of man He never stretched not even upon His own name. If however there was a being that would insist we should pray calling his name then that would be really dubious Would show a lower being-god in search of harvesting our energy

@ClementineRoad there were simpler ways to translate for ex "dwelling place"= "temple"...falling away="apostasy" Why would he so translate since the words apostasy +temple exist in english??

at first i was like "that's crazy!" then i thought about it.. and all the atrocities that have come in the name of religion. And the way that religion DIVIDES people and often promotes such bigotry and HATE. This just seems all too plausible. Isnt Satan known as "the deciever"? This would truely be the ultimate deception.

Please dont be deceived you dont need church or denominational religion it causes confusion.After jesus came we have a personal relationship with the Lord we dont need a priest All we need to do is follow the Two most important commandments,love the Lord with all ur heart and love your neighbor as you do urself.and you will be saved.strive for progression b4 perfection cuz the latter is imposible.Jesus will renew us later.just do ur best and keep running for your heavenly crown and u will get it

God sent his only son so that all who believe wont perish but have everlasting life..theres no such thing as a perfect person were all in this war together no matter ur color or religion.we all fall short of the Lord.there r many imposters trying to enforce belief,but the bible teaches to love everyone equally no matter belief.were supposed to love each other and respect everyones rights.

So, you are reading the words of infallible men from a book and using this as a right or moral litmus point to condemn people who are listening to the words of infallible men. At the end of the day, both forms of receiving information can be just as pure and tainted as the other. I say we should B open 2 everything but know that everything is not worthy of trust. As my spiritual brotha say "discernment is key!"
