@gonimeon Use any type of rice you like, but you might need to change the amount of liquid to suit it.

May be your rice has a very good taste and flavor, but is so far from the original recipe...

If you want the original recipe of different kinds of paella you can find at "lapaella, net" (sorry, in spanish)
