Have you considered making an animation set up where the shirts can be viewed? This could be a fast rotating viewing device, that flashes black in between shirts, thus giving the animation effect. Seems like way too much work not to keep all of the shirts together in a climate-controlled place. As much as everyone wants a souvenir shirt, I'd say: Don't break up the set! -Highway Cinema
