I dont get the thing with the color change. When I changed into the Q modus (eye is normal color the other half is red) and then I dont understand what to do next. help me pls

what are you trying to do, change the color of eyes?

yes change the eye color.

make a new layer, do a mask selection and paint both eyes with the red mask ( make sure mask color is set to black) once you have the eyes selected, get out of mask select and fill the selection of the eyes with any color, then change the layer blending mode to anything and pick the best that fits, i usually go with overlay or multiply
