i wish my gym had a swiss bar..i just recentley started doing clean and presses because theynhelp me at work..and this bar would really help because i always have to lift palms in..how much do one of these bars go for..?
Hang clean to press. It's still a clean. The motion just looks weird because the bar is probably limiting.

have to agree it's not a clean but a power curl and press but definitely something i'll add to my next workout routine
