No its not possible in real life. Ever. You have to be within 60m to penetrate the armor and even then its not gauranteed to kill IRL. Just so you know.

No, this is certainly possible in real life, but he'd have to be about 150m closer at least. However, I think this is one of the bugs they fixed a while ago.
